「生活」终于要拿房产证了

前几年就买了属于我们这个小家的房子，现在都已经装修好了两年了，时间过得真快。
 
不过在交房之前就听说该房地产开发商公司已经快要难以支撑了，我们也知道这意味着什么，意味着有可能不会按时交房，更有可能发生烂尾的情况。
 
不过后来还是交了房，只不过这个楼盘的商业部分和地下停车场还没有完成施工，问题是此时开发商的资金链已经出现问题了。
 
于是，这个楼盘真的就烂尾了。在这两年的期间，只有负二层完成了规划，负一层和商业依然空空如也，四面灰墙。
 
商业部分也就算了吧，但是负一楼的问题直接影响了办理产权和房产证，这就让我们觉得很不舒服了。
 
一直到最近，总算是张贴公告可以开始办理类似什么产权证明的手续，或许下一步就可以办房产证吧。
 
说真的买房这种事真的很辛苦，并且也是有风险的，有些盘真的是一烂烂十年，对普通家庭来说就是很大的负担。
 
所以这就是为什么总有人说，买房还是要选知名的大开发商，毕竟不会轻易断资金链吧。
