昨天上完早自习去食堂吃饭，无意间听到同事们在说这周要放归宿假，我当时还觉得太可能哪，不是下周就是端午节了吗，我只笃定是因为高三学生马上要参加高考，为了不影响学生复习，所以调整到这周，这样完全可以理解。

哪知道一回办公室就听到说都已经通知所有学生这周要放假了，心想凭什么啊，就不能好好按照法定假期休吗？最可恶的是假期对调后，还减少一天休息时间，而且按理说大家都想趁着这个法定假期可以回乐山跟家人多聚聚的，这下好了，到时候家里人都休息，我还要赶来上班，想想都觉得烦。

每年的六月是考试月，也是我们老师们的黑色六月，中考高考合格考的监考，整个就跟关禁闭一样的，从早到晚神经紧绷，生怕哪个环节出错，打起十二分地精神来对付。

我都已经能够想象从下周开始会有多么疲惫了，上课和监考来回切换，无缝对接，牛马的世界里只有活着，没有生活，更别提所谓的发言权了，对于任何决策只有执行的命，不能反抗一点。

这样看来领导们是生怕学生少休息一天，变着法子的见缝插针，增加学习时间，但凡耽误的课都得补上。之前我们还在说，人们常说高考遇端午，个个985，往年大部分时候监考都撞上端午假期。

不过高一二的学生比我们好，享受了假期生活，而我们呢，加班加班加班，但凡监考过的同行一定和我有同感，这样的苦差事给我十倍工资我也不愿意啊！

今年好不容易没在高考那几天居然也享受不了，昨天听到确切消息后，个个都在吐槽哀嚎，还开玩笑似地说让学生去举报，这样大家都可以休假了，哈哈~~

据说上次举报的学生被查到了，学校给弄了个警告处分，实在是悲哀啊。

这样的决策只会让我们对领导更加反感和厌恶，我一直觉得我们单位少了一点人情味，把老师当成学生管，从不体恤“民情”，只想着如何压榨才会出成绩。

我一直都觉得教育的本质应该是育人，从来都不是成绩，真希望能多听听我们的心声，多理解多关怀，少一些这种硬性安排，那样才不会让我们在一次又一次的疲惫和无奈中消磨掉对这种职业的热忱！
