记得读大学那会儿每逢期末考试时老师都会给我们划重点，大家自然听得非常专注生怕到时候挂科，而漏题和划重点是两码事，前者直接影响到考试的公平公正，对其他考生来说是极其不公平的。

上周，我们学校进行了入学考试，目的是考查学生寒假在家自主先学先修的情况。以往的这种校考都是备课组分组轮流出题，这次也不例外，而为了方便老师们提前备课，出题的老师会把定稿给大家先打印出来，在这个过程中我们会把这个试卷收好，生怕学生看到。

考试顺利结束后，我进入到改卷环节。或许是巧合，我被分配到了应用文的批阅工作。

而当我开始网上阅卷时，第一份作文就让我有些意外，这篇作文的内容与范文高度雷同，当时我只觉得是也许学生曾经写过类似话题，就还是按照标准给了分。

第二份作文就更夸张了，和范文一模一样，第四五六份也是如此，我便开始怀疑是学生作弊，没有求证也只能是猜测。遇到这种情况需要跟其他老师商量一下并统一标准，于是我把这几篇作文截图发到备课组群，询问组长如何打分。

组长去对比了范文便说大部分雷同的正常给分（适当压分），一模一样的这种就直接给零分，并说了阅完后查一下是哪一个班的。

不到二十分钟，同事A在群里回复到说是她班的学生，她考前刚好给学生背了两篇范文，一篇春节，一篇元宵节，并在群里自证表达自己没有刻意漏题。

组长质疑道，“既然这种情况，为啥在提前拿到试卷时不主动提说出来，这样就能把作文直接替换掉！” 她说她拿到试卷的时候，油印室已经大批量印好了，可当时在办公室的我们几个都知道那时候根本还没有复印。

我们几个阅作文的老师也私下商量了一下，就还是按照之前的标准来，大家都很无语，重点是这已经不是第一次了，高一下学期的时候也是她班上绝大部分学生的作文雷同，只是我们当时没有公开指出来。

作为教师，若真心希望学生取得好成绩，是不会投机取巧的。脚踏实地地夯实基础，这种进步看似缓慢，但对学生而言才是真正的成长。然而，有些教师为了一时间的自嗨，就玩一些小把戏，甚至被自己班的学生调侃为“惯犯”，这实在是令人可悲！
