 credit:pixabay.com 什么课是以前学生时代最期待的？那么第一个想到的会是体育课，然后就是音乐课和美术课，综合来说最受欢迎还是体育课。 参加工作之后基本上尝试过什么运动，除了自己偶尔会健健身，但总的来说是没什么规律的。 今天在微博上看见一个热点，说上海市某个学校专门为全校老师也安排了体育课，要求每人每周上一节体育课，还会有额外的补贴，这一情况也受到了人们的好评。 现在的人，无论是什么职业亚健康实在是严重，尤其是老师这样的职业，平时锻炼的时间可能不多，多半是久坐和久站。 这个学校的创新或许会为整个教育界开辟一条新的道路，那就是对职业教师职业内和职业外的拓展与提升。 其实无论哪个行业，提升幸福感和归属感非常重要。让从业者能够更好的扎根行业，有更好的健康状态和心态面对工作，这也是领导要考虑的。 再多的规定和考核制度或许会提升工作效率和效益，但还真的未必能够解决员工内心最本质的思想观念。 扯得有点远，我其实主要想表达我好想上体育课，哈哈。
