对于一个长期生活在内陆城市的我来说，海鲜二字对我而言就是虾（皮皮虾，基围虾，龙虾），还有花甲、蟹类，对于其他品种不太感冒，即使是虾蟹都必须得做成麻辣重口，不然也觉得吃起来没味道。

就连之前去三亚旅游，跑去第一市场选海鲜，到饭馆加工的时候也和师傅交待说要多放辣椒，吃到的还是四川的麻辣味道，没有尝试过清淡的，唯一能够忍受的可能就是白灼虾和三鲜汤之类的了。

为了参加瓜叔@aellly举办的<a href="https://ecency.com/hive-105017/@aellly/3sxmq9">舌尖口福活动</a>，我也是强行蹭一波~也不知道算不算，即使不算也就图个开心啦！我要分享的是三色虾仁，要知道静态管控的这些天，大门不出二门不迈的，只能翻翻冰箱里剩余的食材，做了这一道色彩丰富的菜，我就取名为三色虾仁吧。

准备材料：虾仁、火腿肠、红椒丁、红萝卜（提前煮熟备用）、姜片、黄瓜等

我是把这些所有材料全都备好才开始进行下一步的，先将锅预热，倒入少许油，再加入葱丁、红椒丁和姜片，煸出香味。再把提前煮好的红萝卜、火腿肠和虾仁加入锅里，加少许水后，放鸡精、胡椒、盐，勾少许芡粉，炒一会儿，最后加香油和醋搅拌一会儿就能出锅啦。

对于厨房小白的我来说，这个菜真的是超级简单，在婆婆的指导下，整个过程很流畅，就是放油入锅的时候比较搞笑，生怕被热油烫到手，那个锅挡在我前面。

等做好了端上桌，看起来还是挺有食欲的，又想夸赞自己一下了，哈哈~
