「生活」来自同事的“暴击”

不知道大家有没有这样的感受，我们总是把坏情绪留给了家里人，而对外人（包括同事）通常会特别有耐心，展现出我们的好情绪。

我想说的是我这一天遭遇到的“暴击”，哈哈~其实就被莫名其妙发了三次火。

情景一：由于我们组是集体备课，我很多时候都主动承担着作文评讲的学案和课件制作，这次是成都二诊，刚好七中有可以借鉴的语料，因此就麻烦同事A在群里上传一下课件，这样我再根据其整理出来，谁知道我给她发消息一直没回，就让在办公室值班的同事提醒一下她，结果就被凶了一顿。

情景二：今天下午一直在阶梯教室听课，组长让我拍一下公开课老师的照片，说工作室那边要收集素材，由于我当时正在帮其中一个老师同事C录课，因为就拜托给了同事B，想说她坐前排的，拍照更清楚一些。

可就在第一节课下课后，她跑来跟我说她拍得不好，而且她现在在备课，反问我说：“大姐，你难道不知道我明天有四节课吗？哪有时间拍照啊，你找别人吧！”

情景三：快下班那会儿，同事C让我将录课视频传给她，因为大家都是iPhone,就想起来好像能用隔空投送的方式，就想请教同事D，让她教教怎么用，结果她一脸不耐烦地说：“不要来烦我，你一下打断我的思路了，我在写东西啊。”

最近大家是怎么了，火气那么大，简直就是被“三连杀”。曾经读到过一篇文章，别人的坏情绪可能不是针对你，而是当时可能遇到什么事，没必要去计较这些，后来我们真的有沟通过，才知道一个是当时在赶着5点要去教育局交发言稿，一个是在忙着写租房申请补贴（申请了几次都被返工），还有一个可能就是刀子嘴而已啦。

因为对家人坏情绪，家人会原谅我们，如果对外人坏情绪可能会引起不必要的麻烦，其实还是尽量要控制好自己的情绪，虽然不能保证每时每刻都好情绪，尽量还是调节好
