今天要给大家分享的是懒人版香蕉酥，顾名思义，它的制作过程非常简单。

准备材料如下：

香蕉 1根

鸡蛋 1个

芝麻适量

手抓饼皮 4张

注：以上配方可以做约16个香蕉酥。

Step 1

将香蕉切块，放入碗中捣碎成香蕉泥，不要太稀。

Step 2

将每一张手抓饼皮均分切成四块，放入适量的香蕉泥，注意不要过多，否则饼皮包裹不起来。

Step 3

用小叉子将饼皮对折并粘贴好，刷上蛋液，最后撒上芝麻粒即可。

Step 4

提前预热烤箱，烤盘放入烤箱中，调至200度左右，10分钟就可以享用美食啦！
