「DIY系列」南瓜小馒头

受到某红书的影响，近日来我潜心钻研于甜点制作，虽然上不了大雅之堂，但对于厨艺不精的我来说也算是小有收获，今天分享一道南瓜馒头。

准备材料：面粉、发酵粉和南瓜适量

Step 1

取适量南瓜削皮蒸20-30分钟，随后将蒸好的南瓜捣成泥状，沥干待其冷却。

Step 2

将沥干冷却后的南瓜泥加入适量面粉并揉成面团，其软硬程度与白面团接近，发酵至膨胀。

Step 3

将适量面粉加水和发酵粉揉成团状同样待其发酵膨胀，发酵时间因天气而异，冬天大致3小时左右。

Step 4

将南瓜面团揉成比乒乓球略小的球状，将白面团切成如乒乓球大小的不规则团状并擀成包子皮。再用包子皮完全裹住南瓜面球，并将包子皮粘合处固定好。

Step 5

在整个馒头较为光滑的一面用锋利的刀片划出切口，切口大小如上图所示。最后将馒头蒸至10分钟左右即可食用。
