「DIY系列」荷叶饼

<img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-23273" src="http://cnstm.oss-cn-shenzhen.aliyuncs.com/2019/11/IMG_097120191128-095923.jpg" alt="" width="4092" height="3072" /><br/>有资料显示，荷叶饼是河北承德市的特色传统面食，不过其起源时间、原创者等信息都不详细。

听@mrpointp说，这道菜在很多年前就流行于全国各地的餐馆，只是每个地方的馅料不同，风味也就有所不同。

第一次吃到这等美味是出自我婆婆之手，当时十分感叹从前怎么会没吃过这样的佳肴，今天就把教程分享如下，仅供参考。

准备材料：

面粉、洋葱、青椒、牛肉、猪肉、食用油少许

Step 1

和面和发面，和面主要是需要多按揉面团，而发面时间则取决于天气，夏天需要发一两个小时，而冬天则需要长一些时间，因此需要提前准备面团。

Step 2

将面团擀成大致的椭圆形，在尖端抹上食用油（防止首尾段粘连）。再椭圆形面饼对折，用干净的梳子或牙签为面饼表面印上花纹，如图，待水煮沸后将面饼架上锅蒸8分钟即可。

Step 3

将洋葱、青椒剁成丁状，选新鲜牛肉和少许猪肉剁成碎肉，程度要适中，太细就会感受不到吃肉的体验感，太粗则会影响入味。

Step 4

炒馅料，这一步很重要，决定了这道菜是否美味。根据我们口味，需要辣椒面、孜然粉、盐、料酒、酱油即可。

另外，不喜欢吃洋葱的朋友不要抗拒洋葱的存在喔，被炒熟且加了孜然的洋葱是很美味的。其实这道菜不一定非要用牛肉馅料，大家可以用自己喜欢的食材和口味，动手试试吧！
