「生活」报了个瑜伽班

距离我上一次在健身房运动又过去了一年，每天下班回来就是“葛优躺”，我也知道是时候该运动运动了，心血来潮地在抖音上跟着练习拍打操，就坚持了两天给放弃了~~

对我这种自律性不高的人来说，可能最好的方式应该就是报班上小课，这样有人督促就不会找借口不练了。最近听说@lymichale报的普拉提课在搞促销活动，团购价299块，6节小课，小班化教学，要凑够两人就开课，最多4个人。另外还送一套瑜伽服，真挺划算的，衣服质量还挺好的，穿着很合身，我趁着这个暑假的时间立即报了名。

由于没有提前预约好，普拉提课已经约满了，于是我临时跟着另外一个瑜伽老师上了一节大课，凳子瑜伽。这是我第一次接触凳子瑜伽，以前在健身房练习的时候偶尔跟着上一节普通瑜伽课，但没这么复杂呀~

由于去的很晚，等我走进教室的时候就剩第一排有个位置，简直尴尬至极，要知道我平时都是在倒数一二排，一半前排的都是练的比较好的，没办法也只能硬着头皮来，幸好我旁边的小姐姐动作很标准，我还可以直接参照。

刚开始我能勉强跟上，动作还比较基础，越到后面越难，一会儿把腿往上提并挂在脖子上，一会儿把腿搭在胳膊上，两手撑着凳子把整个身子悬空，最后直接来个倒立...

这跟我想象的不太一样啊，我只能浅尝辄止，第一次练习生怕扭到了腰。可瑜伽老师要求很严格，让我继续坚持，也时不时地来纠正我的动作，想要偷懒都不行，就这样坚持了一个小时，全身暴汗。

练习过猛导致我去签退的时候手都在抖，核心力量弱爆啦！不过这次体验感还不错，刚开始肯定很艰难，我相信我坚持一段时间应该会渐入佳境的，下次我要试试普拉提。

如果之前没有练习瑜伽的经验，从初级瑜伽开始学习，也要注意安全，瑜伽真的能令人身心灵放松，而且还能提升个人的气质，我之前也有报过瑜伽班，有练习了一段时间，后来因为工作变动就没有继续练习了，现在还是以户外登山为主，平常在家里就是练练跳舞以及跳绳之类的。
