「生活」Sheya日记 #128 | 轮滑学习记

这学期还未开学的时候，Sheya幼儿园就通知家长给孩子买轮滑鞋，因为这学期取消了平衡车课，取而代之的是轮滑课，原本幼儿园给出购买建议和推荐商家，但我们觉得又贵又难看，所以自己买了另一个品牌的轮滑鞋。即便老师说网上那些鞋子不专业，但我感觉差不多。

时间一晃一个多月就过去了，Sheya每周都在学校上轮滑课，但感觉没什么长进，到现在连穿戴装备都昏头昏脑的，于是我们决定抽空让她在楼下空地练习~

轮滑这种运动比球类运动更需要天赋，因为在学习初期就非常考验孩子的平衡能力，天生比较懂得控制平衡的人更容易掌握，后续只需要练习更丰富的技巧就好。

显然，Sheya没什么运动天赋！

先是从头到脚穿戴护具，光是这个过程都花费了十分钟，因为有些护具固定起来的确小小复杂，对于她来说有些吃力。穿好所有装备之后，Sheya小心翼翼地站起来，但也仅仅敢于站立。

我们鼓励她尝试向前踏步，这时候还是点哥在旁边护着，她这才慢慢地向前挪动脚步，与此同时上半身明显因为想要刻意保持平衡而状态僵硬。但这类运动的平衡控制关键并不在上半身，而是在下盘，重心永远要放在腿上。

可是Sheya还没有足够的认知理解重心放在腿上，她总是不自觉的在有些许晃动时用上半身来发力。就这样，她摔了好几跤。最搞笑的是，她自己不小心走到一个下坡路段的开端，不知不觉就往下滑动，她不懂得刹车，于是向下滑了两米，一屁股坐在地上大哭起来。

后来，来了个比Sheya大3岁的小姐姐也来练习轮滑，虽然都是新手，但她们相对懂得技巧。其中一个女孩很热心，还教Sheya如何向前踏步。

经过这次练习，Sheya的轮滑水平有了微小的提升，至少她敢于较快的向前踏步，慢慢鼓励她练习，总是能滑得又快又稳的。

Actually she doesn't like roller skating, but it's a complusory course in her kindergarten. She has to practise every now and then.
