「生活」习惯这档事

习惯分为两种：好习惯和坏习惯，应该说99.9999…%的人两者兼有。

原本习惯是种客观的东西，并且大多数习惯不需要刻意养成，然而促使一个人取得成就实现理想的必备条件就是好习惯。

因此，我想教育好孩子可能未必需要给孩子强赛知识、才华、技能等，帮助孩子养成好习惯可能更重要。

比如学会独立思考的习惯，如果家长一味告诉孩子什么好吃什么不好吃，什么行为可以做什么行为不可以做，那么孩子长大后多半欠缺对社会的自我分析能力。

父母真正应该做的是：让孩子自己分析某件事是否正确并且是值得付出的。这可不容易，吃一堑才能长一智。

而作为参加工作经历了一些社会经验的成年人，想改掉坏习惯和养成新的好习惯都有一定难度，因为这是在亲手拆掉自己的舒适圈。

不过以鸡汤的角度来说，如果你不太喜欢自己当前的生活，或许正是因为你的坏习惯形成的舒适圈，那么养成好习惯便可以成为助力器。
