I came across this video and the constant thought occurring on my mind while watching it was why I wasn't shown such an educational and motivational video before?

Personally, I'd encourage each person to watch this with a focus and take notes from the very beginning to the end of it, follow his moves, and trust me it will trigger some more techniques in your ability to supercharge your brain.
