I don't dare to trade bitcoin at all!!! It is going to go over $5,000 soon. Keep them!!! Steem is another coin of the future, trade and keep them. I also like Monero, Dash and Zcash. Ether? I have to wait for their fork to really believe in it. By the way, did you get your 1,000,000 pockets freeeeee? That's the new token in Steemit. Check my site for more info.

What is holding steem back though is its traded for BTC bitcoin just like every other alt coin. You cant do steem to USD or even go out and buy something on amazon or overstock with steem you have to convert it to BTC.

Yes @mrviquez, steem is far better than BTC. But we also keep an eye for a new coin called flashcoin. Like steem the transfer is instant too. And according to its whitepaper the coin has no inflation rate like any other.

Steem is hard to compare to bitcoin. Steem def has more upside potential than bitcoin and many other coins because it actually has a use case right now and in the future. It doesn't even really need to compete with bitcoin for it to be considered successful. I still think more attention needs to be focused on advertising the amazing  technology behind  Steem. Most people just know steemit as a socail media platform but are unaware of how great the actual cryptocurrency is.

You are pretty much right!, steem is the best shit out there!, saving steem as steem power gives me more visibility on steemit and makes me earn more money, nothing else out there can do that... Also highly undervalued, so buying steem now is pretty cheap, thats why i buy some from time to time...

I also appreciate your post about cryptocurrencies and Steem in particular.  I'm brand new at this and still struggling with all of the foreign (to me) concepts related to cryptocurrencies, etc.  Thank you for adding another level of understanding!

Good post Mr V! Agreed that STEEM is doing big things and will catch its "steam" haha, in a matter of time. I am just enjoying posting, stacking steem and cashing some SBD out every once and awhile and getting other coins. Great community, tons of opportunity!
