I just finished a 4.4km walking that lasted about 0hh:51mm:40ss !

 Good afternoon, how are you all friends?  Hope you are well and healthy.  I am fine with your prayers.  Today is Friday, this afternoon I go out for a walk like this every day and finish the 4.4km walk.

 I hope you will walk more and more and try to keep your body healthy.

শুভ বিকাল, কেমন আছেন বন্ধুরা সবাই? আশা করি ভালো আছেন এবং সুস্থ আছেন। আমি ও ভালো আছি আপনাদের দোয়ায়। আজ শুক্রবার,আজ বিকালে আমি প্রত্যেকদিন এর মতো হাঁটতে বাহির হয় এবং 4.4কিলোমিটার হাঁটা শেষ করলাম।

আপনারা ও বেশি বেশি করে হাঁটবেন এবং নিজেদের শরীরকে সুস্থ রাখার চেষ্টা করবেন এটি প্রত্যাশা করি।

আজ এ পর্যন্তই সকলে ভাল থাকুন এবং নিজেদেরকে সুস্থ রাখার চেষ্টা করুন। আল্লাহ হাফেজ।
