Currently it's cold in Cape Town and we are basically in winter so here are my cycling clothing advice so that you don't get cold. my best tip would be to leave the house slightly cold when you go cycling because you are gonna warm up eventually period. Homeowners' are really good for earo dynamics and racing when the jacket is good for standing around but it does flap around in the Wind a lot that's why I like the arm warmers.
