***Soweit ist es also schon gekommen, das selbst ein qualitativ mittelmäßiges Fußballspiel unerwartet zu spontanen Adrenalin Ausstößen führte. Nicht etwa das man selbst auf dem Platz stand und den Ball gerade gegen den Pfosten geballert hat, nein, gemütlich auf dem Sofa sitzend zuckten der Schweizer Nachbar, mein Kumpel João und ich aufgeregt zusammen, als plötzlich ein Wagen vor dem Haus vorfuhr.. 
Polizei, war unser erster Gedanke, irgendwie haben sie von unseren konspirativen Treffen rund um den Ball Wind bekommen. Seit zwei Wochen gönnen wir uns nämlich den Luxus die Spiele des " SLB Benfica Lissabon " im Bezahlfernsehen, auf meinem neuen Großbildschirm zu gucken. 
Da die Kneipen in denen wir uns normalerweise zu den Spielen treffen dicht sind, legten wir das Geld für ein Monats Abonnement eines portugiesischen Sport Kanals zusammen und verfolgen die Spiele seitdem von Muelli´s Sofa aus, was in diesen Zeiten einer kriminellen Handlung gleichkommt. 
Während ich mich um die kleinen kulinarischen Häppchen kümmere, die zum Event gereicht werden, bringen die Jungs die Getränke mit, sprich Bier.***

Since the pubs where we usually meet for the games are closed, we put together the money for a monthly subscription to a Portuguese sports channel and follow the games since then from Muelli's sofa, which in these times is probably a criminal act. 
While I take care of the small culinary appetizers that are served at the event, the guys bring the drinks, … beer.

***Aber zurück zu dem vorgefahrenen Auto. 
Es waren nicht die Bullen, stattdessen tauchte das Gesicht von Miguel, der irgendwie von unserer kleinen Runde erfahren hatte, im Fensterglas der Haustür auf. In der Hand hielt er einen großen Plastiksack, in der anderen eine Kiste Bier. Somit war er natürlich herzlich eingeladen, sich zu uns zu gesellen. 
Aus dem Sack zog er ein halbes Spanferkel, an dessen Zubereitung im Ofen er sich gleich machte und aus der Innentasche seiner Regenjacke zauberte er eine Flasche Bier hervor und fragte mich ob ich die schon kennen würde. Ich kannte sie nicht, nahm sie ihm dankend aus der Hand und versteckte sie unverzüglich, bevor noch jemand auf die Idee kommen würde Hand an ihr anzulegen.
Es war nicht der Geiz der mich trieb die Pulle verschwinden zu lassen, vielmehr wusste ich, das ja wieder der [BEERSATURDAY](https://peakd.com/hive-187719/@detlev/jeaaah-beersaturday-week-192-calls-you-to-join) vom @detlev ins Hause steht und ich noch keine Ahnung hatte woher ich ein neues Bier dafür hernehmen sollte.  
Da kam der gute Miguel mit seiner kleinen Überraschung gerade richtig.***

It wasn't the cops, instead, the face of Miguel, who had somehow found out about our little round, appeared in the window of the front door. In his hand, he held a large plastic bag, in the other a crate of beer. So, of course, he was invited to join us. 
From the bag, he pulled out half a suckling pig, which he immediately started to prepare in the oven, and from the inside pocket of his raincoat, he pulled out a bottle of beer and asked me if I already knew it. I didn't know it, thankfully took it out of his hand and immediately hid it before anyone else would get the idea to touch it.
It was not the stinginess that drove me to let the bottle disappear, rather I knew that again the [BEERSATURDAY](https://peakd.com/hive-187719/@detlev/jeaaah-beersaturday-week-192-calls-you-to-join) of @detlev stands in the house and I still had no idea where I should get a new beer for it.  
Since the good Miguel came with his little surprise just right. 😎🍻

***[AMPHORA](https://portuguesecraftbeer.pt/) QUA-DRUPEL, irgendwie kam mir der Name bekannt vor und bei meiner Recherche stellte ich zum großen Entsetzen fest, das dieses Craft Beer aus dem selben Hause wie die unsäglich grauenvollen ALMA Biere stammt, die von mir in der Vergangenheit vernichtende Kritiken bekommen haben. 
Aber nun, so vorurteilsfrei wie nur irgendwie möglich machte ich mich ans Werk und studierte erst einmal das Etikett.***

***Da gibt es absolut nichts daran auszusetzen, geradezu kunstvoll die graphische Gestaltung und im aktuellen Trend der Zeit. 
Die 10% VOL. / ALC. ließen mich aufblicken und die verwendeten Zutaten, welche ich der Rückseite entnahm, wirkten beruhigend auf mich, verzichtete man doch auf abenteuerliche Experimente und es ist nur drin was rein gehört. Hopfen, Malz, Wasser und Hefe. 
Etwas unappetitlich empfand ich, schon bevor ich überhaupt probiert hatte, die sonderbaren Klümpchen welche beim einschenken ins Glas gelangten und wohl Rückstände der Hefe waren.***

The 10% VOL. / ALC. made me look up and the ingredients used, which I took from the back, had a calming effect on me since one has renounced experiments and it is only in what belongs purely. Hops, malt, water, and yeast. 
Somewhat unappetizing I felt, even before I had tasted at all, the strange lumps which got into the glass when pouring and were probably residues of the yeast.

***Auch die Schaumkrone konnte nicht überzeugen, baute sich erst gar nicht groß auf und das was da war verschwand schon nach wenigen Sekunden. 
Nach dem ersten Probeschluck war ich etwas verunsichert, weder wollte richtige Begeisterung aufkommen, aber wirklich vernichtend war der Geschmack auch nicht. 
Ein schwieriges Bier, das wurde mir schnell klar.***

After the first test sip, I was a bit unsure, neither wanted to arise real enthusiasm, but devastating was the taste also not. 
A difficult beer, I quickly realized.

***In erster Linie kommt es geschmacklich viel zu heftig daher, verschiedenste schwere Aromen machten sich im Munde breit und fast schon klebrig süß hängt es sich am  Gaumen auf. 
So extrem süß, das man fast bezweifeln möchte das hier kein Zucker zum Einsatz kam. 
Die 0,33 cl Flasche auszutrinken erwies sich als eine wahre Herausforderung und lag noch lange schwer im Magen, obwohl es nicht eklig war, eher an eine zu groß geratene Nachspeise erinnerte. 
So ein Bier im kleinen Portwein Glas serviert und als kleine  Leckerei für zwischendurch angeboten, kann ich mir durchaus interessant vorstellen. 
Aber mehr als eine Flasche davon zu trinken, grenzt definitiv an Körperverletzung.*** 
> First and foremost, it comes much too violent in taste, various heavy flavors spread in the mouth and almost sticky sweet it hangs on the palate. 
So extremely sweet that one would almost doubt that no sugar was used here. 
The 0.33 cl bottle to drink proved to be a real challenge and was still heavy in the stomach, although it was not disgusting, rather reminiscent of a too-large dessert. 
So a beer served in a small port wine glass and offered as a  sweet treat for in between, I can imagine quite interesting. 
But drinking more than one bottle of it borders on bodily injury.

***Also das AMPHORA QUA – DRUPEL ist ganz klar kein Allerweltsbier, eher etwas für die Biertrinker / innen die das Abenteuer suchen, sich nicht von exotischen Aromen abschrecken lassen und sich mit nur einem Bier zufrieden geben. 
Denn hat man es geschafft die Flasche auszutrinken, verspürt man so schnell nicht den Drang nach einer neuen. 
Also nichts für mich.*** 
> So the AMPHORA QUA - DRUPEL is not a general beer, rather something for the beer drinkers who are looking for adventure, do not let themselves be deterred by exotic flavors, and are satisfied with only one beer. 
Because if you have managed to drink the bottle, you do not feel the urge for a new one so quickly. 
So not for me.
