*Sleep is an activity that must appear in the mind after going through a laborious work routine.*

*Unfortunately, even though we have had an unusually heavy day, it is very difficult to really rest or sleep well.*

*Finding out how to relax after work is important so that we can immediately release the fatigue and ready to face tomorrow with the prime condition.*

*Now, we do not have to worry anymore. The Elite Daily page reports a successful research revealing how to get rid of this problem.*

*Based on research published in the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, the best thing that can be done before bedtime is to forget everything about the job and start to rest.*

*Resting mentally-whether in the form of a fun workout after work or a 20-minute meditation in the living room-can help relieve stress and negativity.*

*This is what ultimately makes us feel more relaxed mentally so as to sleep soundly.*

*The research, led by Caitlin Demsky of Oakland University, conducted a survey of nearly 700 participants working for the US Forest Service.*

*The researcher also asked participants to assess a range of factors on their working day.*

*These factors include the abusive behavior they experience from co-workers, the frequency of negative thoughts about work, the ability to escape from work and mental calm.*

*After going through all the research procedures, researchers found a link between negative feelings and insomnia.*

*Participants who have a lot of negative feelings about work, experience high levels of insomnia.*

*But, for people who are able to leave their negative feelings with activities like yoga, for example, can sleep easier and enjoy a better break overall.*

*According to the study, getting a bad treatment in the workplace also caused a large number of health problems, including high blood pressure, increased fatigue, and even a high risk of heart disease.*

*In other words, dealing with co-workers who are bad, cruel or unfriendly is a very bad thing for us.*

*The effect we can carry until we are at home.*

*However, yoga activitias are not the only way to distract us from the grueling days of the office.*

*Meditation, reading a book, or even watching a favorite television series can also be done for mental resting, - during this activity is effective to calm our pikrian.*

*The most important thing is how our minds can relax.*

*Whatever way we use, as long as it can make us calm and feel better will make us able to sleep more soundly.*

*However, if the work environment is really not conducive, and only cause problems to our health, we better start considering to go.*

*Because, this may be a sign that it's time we talked, or even could be a sign that we should find a new job.*

*After all, things like this are an inevitable part of life, and are often an inevitable part of the work environment.*

*This research is a reminder for us to prioritize the little things that focus on ourselves after the work routine - not just for better sleep, but for a better quality of life.*

Turning off all electronics can really help people fall into that REM sleep that is so important for our health. The blue light that is caused by phones and TV stimulate our brain in a way that makes it difficult to fall asleep.
