Gradually he evolved, diversified his life needs, and continued to innovate in fulfilling his needs. While innovating in his lifestyle, he reached the point where most of his work was replaced by machines and today the situation is that man has become completely dependent on machines.
Man has made machines his own by rejecting himself and the cause of man's disability is science and technology which has taken over all the spheres of life in such a way that without it life is not only difficult but impossible. Everywhere we look today, there are machines of every type.
Looking at the map of the world, in view of the growing population of human beings, there is a network of tall buildings all over the planet, on which human beings have become in need of elevators and accelerators to climb. High speed and comfortable vehicles are available to get from one place to another. Airplanes and trains have reduced months into hours.
The tradition of hand-knitted garments is also a thing of the past. From light to light and from thick to thick fabrics are made into beautiful designs and become a part of the fashion industry. The tradition of frozen food is also a branch of technology. In order to meet the nutritional needs of human beings and to satisfy their taste, animals have started to be raised artificially with the help of technology.
The use of scientific technology is not limited to food, clothing and shelter but has extended to other areas of life. Whether it is the field of education or medical, it is now based on modern technology. All departments and offices now have computerized system. Science and technology have also changed the course of wars. Soldiers fighting hand in hand are no longer needed. They have been replaced by nuclear weapons and drones. With the push of a few buttons, the whole city is destroyed.
Blackboards have been replaced by smart screens in educational institutions. Now it is customary in schools to type more than to write. All the thick books of the library are now available at home in pdf format in e-book. The most amazing invention of the 20th century was the computer, of which man was very proud of its lightning speed, but the touch screen mobile phone and WIFI of the last decade have beaten the computer. Now a tiny mobile phone is doing many things at once. Now people, instead of meeting face to face for condolences, visits, congratulations, they perform these duties on Facebook.

If you look at your homes, you will see more machines than humans. There is also AC, heater, oven, washing machine, sewing machine, grinder, juicer, chopper, batter, kneading machine and baking machine. It is not far off that after a few years, besides feeding bread, machines for sleeping and bathing people will also be invented.
The importance of science and technology in its place is undeniable and there is no denying that the benefits of this technology cannot be ruled out but it is also a fact that this technology has become harmful to health. Man used to walk miles to get from one place to another for his work. Due to which his body was healthy and strong. The legs were also strong and all the organs of the body performed their functions properly. But now man has become a victim of laziness and sloth. Environmental pollution has increased due to vehicles and radio waves emitted from various machines are extremely harmful to human health.
Despite all these disadvantages, man actually built machines to save his time, but these machines consume a large part of man's time. Unnecessary gossip on mobile phone, spying on Facebook all the time, countless games and junk videos waste a lot of time. Thanks to mobile phones, parents do not have time to give to their children and children do not have time to give to their parents.

Of course we cannot completely exclude science and technology from our lives but to avoid its harmful effects we have to travel back to nature. We must take advantage of modern technology but shouldn't not make ourself completely dependent on it. Before our feelings become mechanical, we should try to get out of these machines and give time to our loved ones.
