I mean the last time there was a bird flu break out, scores of people died before the pandemic could be controlled.</p><p>As far as preventing yourself from getting bird flu, your best bet would be to actually stay away from bird meat or anything that's got bird meat in it entirely, especially if there's been recent reports of a bird flu out break. That way at least you're sure you won't get it from a bird. Also, avoid anybody who actually comes in contact with birds on a daily, whether by eating them or any other means.</p><p>If you must eat bird meat though then boil the meat for a very long time so that the virus can completely die before you eat the meat. Viruses can't survive for long after the host dies and the bird flu virus is no different.</p><p>Finally, if you should get infected then there's still hope. `json_metadata`	"{"app":"musing/1.1","appTags":["Steemit","Steem","blockchain","blogging"],"appCategory":"Steemit","appTitle":"Do You Think Those Users Who Hold A Larger Amount Of SP Have The Obligations To Help New Users?","appBody":"<p>I don't think it is an obligation, but I do think it is the good thing to do.  I also think it is going to benefit the platform over all.  Think of it as trickle down economics, but it actually works.  The more dolphins that are created and start helping other people become dolphins then before you know it there will be this huge ecosystem of people helping others.  </p>\n<p>I don't think it is right to tell anyone what they should or shouldn't do with their SP that has been earned the proper way through producing quality posts and engaging with others on the blockchain.</p>\n<p>As I said, it is really in their best interest though to support those smaller accounts.  If they support those smaller accounts the smaller accounts will then support them back.  As they become bigger that one account now has five more relatively decent sized accounts upvoting and resteeming their work to all of their followers which as also grown as they have grown.  Sadly if they just continue to stay small, no one is going to notice them.</p>\n<p>As you can see, it isn't mandatory, but it is definitely beneficial to the platform as a whole to spread the love around.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f3sdr5ehq","appParentAuthor":"erikah","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"

Just because you are a new user it doesn't automatically guarantee you to a delegation.</p>\n<p>Look at how many users have abandoned the platform today because the price of Steem has dropped. I wouldn't support anyone who abandoned and then came back. I basically passed a test before I received delegation as i proved on how serious I was for growing my account.</p>\n<p>I think a new account should spend 3- 6 months on here first before they are delegated anything. This highlights what they are doing and that they are serious enough about being part of the community. I am constantly looking for new users to help and have my eye on 2 right now who I am considering delegating to.</p>\n<p>I believe that you have to help yourself first and can only start delegating once you are big enough yourself otherwise you are hindering your own growth. 5000 SP has always been my target before I will delegate to an app or to another user. </p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f3sdr5ehq","appParentAuthor":"erikah","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"

That will equally do good for the SP holder as well as the small category users and stake holders. If a whale has good amount of SP then by default he/she is a leader and the leader should lead in this community and with that there also exist a responsibility for this community. </p>\n<p>This community is decentralized but that does not mean that no one will take up the responsibility and if everyone thinks of self gain only by voting for their pie and gaining as much as they can, then this community and ecosystem will not become healthy. So it is important that the leaders(large SP holder) should work in close co-ordination so that they can help to make productive engagement in this community and the genuine hard working planktons and minnows should get rewarded by voting from these large SP holder and the spammers should feel discouraged and should evaporate at some time. They would target certain countries helping them develop their infrastructure.</p>\n<p>It has changed though and it is more of a debt trap. China was seen to be helping Africa grow, but realistically they are only helping themselves. Roads and Ports are being built at huge expenses to the country who they are \"assisting\" but it really benefits them claiming whatever raw materials are around.</p>\n<p>These countries are going further and further into debt and end up owing the Chinese a small fortune. Some countries now owe China their entire GDP and have no future of getting out of the debt.</p>\n<p>If we look at Sri Lanka having to lease the port that the Chinese built for them for free over a 100 year lease. Angola is now having to sell it's oil reserves to the Chinese at cost. Zambia has handed over it'd government run Electricity company to the Chinese as part payment to their debts.</p>\n<p>The Chinese benefit two fold from these deals. They supply the labor to build what is required giving their people and businesses guaranteed work. Once the work is completed they end up obtaining whatever raw materials are available for next to nothing due to the debt.</p>\n<p>Mozambique is the next target as oil reserves have been discovered. These are materials that China need and wants so they will be involved helping the Mozambicans get deeper into debt.</p>\n<p>Most of the countries that have dealt with the Chinese doing these one sided deals are mainly corrupt countries. These governments don't care what is going to happen further down the line and the ones who suffer are the people in those countries.</p>\n<p>This Belt and Road Initiative is how China wants to expand it's industries and at the same time are controlling other countries now. We will see more and more Chinese living in these countries having a  big influence over them. Usually when I miss my family, I immediately contact my family and talk directly through a video call with my family to eliminate the homesickness that I am facing.</p><p>The point is, the feeling we feel when we leave our entire family in our hometown for a long time is a very deep sad feeling. Even though we feel sadness because we miss our family in our home, we have to hold back all the feelings we feel so that we are strong and independent when we are overseas.
