I have managed to pull back some old users that took a break from here. I was on Musing from the beginning and it grew very quickly.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Once it lost the delegation many users left and it showed it was all about the reward. I spent too much time on here and it had a negative effect on my Steem account as I was neglecting the people that were following me. I have sorted that out now and will only be on here for limited amounts of time in the future.</p>\n<p>I think Musing will be a success in the future and will grow slowly now adding more users each week. Once people understand what this place is about then they will become addicted like we all did. musing isn't going to disappear and will only get bigger from now on.</p>\n<p>Musing has a bright future and it shows it doesn't need big upvotes to attract users. But one thing is quite certain, ever since musing has started curating again with the limited resources(with available 81K SP), the dormant people have become active again. That is what was needed and I am really happy that the curation effort by musing has helped to keep the activity up again. Regardless of whether you are getting curated or not, one beautiful thing which is happening is that we are being able to see some wonderful and thought provoking questions and good answers as well. If the steem price will rise in future we may again see influx more musers in this platform and that is all natural.</p>\n<p>The success of a question and answer platform is not just by the number of users rather equally by good questions and valuable and relevant answers to those questions. Until now there was no such question and answer platform which was rewarding, but thanks to musing that at least we are getting something out of our effort and that is really motivating for users to keep on engaging to answer the questions.</p>\n<p>I still believe that with this limited resources(which is 81K SP now) musing can do a lot by selectively curating good questions and answers and that is what musing is doing at the moment. But the most important thing is that it should not get stopped like what happened after 13th Jan 2019. Once it gets stopped, the users generally switch to other means and it is very difficult to get them back, so the best way out is to keep on pushing it with the available resources.&nbsp;I hope this time, it will continue which will help to keep the activity above average level and that will be good for the musing platform too for being recognized as a good Question and Answer platform in the long run. This effort will definitely bring good days again in future.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pkh7qpcdw","appParentAuthor":"ayerz","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"

My ultimate goal would be to have enough MAGIC tokens that I can earn one STEEM per day in dividends. &nbsp; That would basically give me one free roll of the dice each day to try and increase my STEEM. &nbsp; To get enough MAGIC tokens to do that though you would either have to bet a lot of STEEM or delegate a huge amount of SP.</p>\n<p>If you are a smaller account, I think one of the best things you can do is delegate SP to @steembasicincome. &nbsp; This will boost your shares and it gives you an upvote on every single one of your posts that you write for your lifetime on STEEM. &nbsp;I have been buying and gaining shares through delegation for quite some time now and I automatically get a $.30 - $.40 upvote on every single one of my posts because of that. &nbsp; It is really a great way to help grown your account when you are a small fish. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>Before you delegate it is important to determine what you can gain from doing so. &nbsp; If you are a small account and you are going to lose more in curation rewards than you gain from delegating, it probably isn't a great idea. &nbsp;</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p3pt2e38w","appParentAuthor":"erikah","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"

The other benefits also include of getting upvotes from time to time to your post, although there is some other form of rules in that.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Actifit</strong></p>\n<p>If you delegate to Actifit dapp then you can earn <strong>AIFIT</strong> tokens daily, along with upvotes to your actifit post(if you post) from their actifit account. AFIT tokens will have more use-cases and features of using it in near future and they are constantly working to make its utility better.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Further, <strong>&nbsp;they also give weekly delegator share payments based on the amount you have delegated</strong>. They pay in Steem and SBD. &nbsp;<strong>But the most interesting part which I like about Actifit dapp is that you can trade your AFIT tokens to earn upvotes from them</strong>. For that the user needs to verify by paying one time payment which is 1 STEEM only and then the user is eligible to trade AFIT token to get upvotes from them. 20 AFIT tokens roughly worth 1.1 usd upvote and in my opinion that is a good value.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Apart from the above two, there are other good dapps like <strong>Share2steem</strong> and <strong>Steemhunt</strong> which are both equally good. But from my own calculation, I find Actifit and Magic-dice as much more profitable. However Steemhunt is really a good dapp and you can benefit by banking upon with more <strong>HUNT</strong> tokens by delegating to them apart from hunting products. So there are many types of use-cases of these dapp tokens and it will become more usable once SMT will be released. So it is good time to earn those dapp tokens either by delegating or by engaging with the respective dapps.</p>\n<p><br></p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p3pt2e38w","appParentAuthor":"erikah","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"

The problem is if he also often asks employees to do the same. Overtime and late coming home from work will always be normal when working under a very annoying boss as I said earlier. Let me start by saying that when you're boiling something, particularly in water, the highest temperature that can be achieved is the temperature of boiling water which is 100 degrees Celsius. What this means is that there's basically a fixed amount of heat that can be given from a given mass of boiling water(Q= mc∆T). </p><p>Steam on the other hand is created when what're exceeds 100°c and as such the lowest temperature of steam at atmospheric pressure is 100°c. This means that if you're boiling something, the heat source which is the water won't be able to heat it up beyond 100°c but if you use steam you'll be able to heat it up much more.</p><p>What I'm trying to say is that the maximum heat generated from a given mass of water which is used to heat up something can not exceed a particular amount while that of steam can go much higher because it can exist at temperatures higher than 100°c.</p><p>Q = Heat generated</p><p>C = specific heat capacity</p><p>∆T = Temperature difference.</p><p>I hope this helps.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f3cclfcdq","appParentAuthor":"groynes","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"

Question answered on Musing.io
It's definitely a good question, and a conclusion I agree with. For the most part, people who say they want freedom or liberty to do as they will don't want all of the additional responsibility and accountability that comes with it, especially the younger one is.

DEFINING LIBERTY

The way I look at it is: unless what I'm doing is demonstrably keeping someone else from living the way they like, I should be free to do as I please. As long as I'm not infringing on someone else's rights or ability to enjoy them, I'm good.

To me, that means things like I can't go around killing people, stealing their stuff, or otherwise doing injury or harm to their person, their loved ones or their belongings. I find that to be rather self-explanatory, and well within reason, though there's bound to be some who disagree.

What it doesn't mean to me is, if I want to build on a piece of property, or live a certain lifestyle, or listen to a certain type of music or believe a certain way, just because it contradicts with someone else's ideas or ideals, I should be stopped or kept from doing them. People might not like it, they may even think it's wrong, but unless it's provably dangerous or limits others abilities to do as they please, it's fair game.

CONSEQUENCES

It also means to me that whatever decisions you make, you live with. If you can get others to help you out, great, but no one should be coerced into helping you, or compelled. Nor shamed into helping either, even if it might be the right thing to do, or the popular sentiment at the time. Each one of us should be an agent unto ourselves, free to act and think for ourselves without infringing on others rights to do the same.

Which means, we need to take responsibility for what we do. We need to take the consequences, good, bad or indifferent. It means paying the price for them, if needs be. It means there won't be someone automatically stepping in to take on the burden of cost, or judgment, or restitution.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Without all the regulations and the manpower to enforce them, we become responsible for everything. We need to know what we should eat, what we should avoid, when it's dangerous to go out, when it's not, what products are safe to use, which ones last, what risks there are to certain activities, how and when to invest, etcetera, etcetera.

When we somehow mess that up, it also means there's no one else to blame, or to run to for reparation or help. We're on our own. We're truly at the mercy or goodwill of others, and in a society where such is firmly established, sympathy might not be the easiest thing to come by, if what can happen on STEEM is any indication, even when it's likely warranted.

THE PRICE OF FREEDOM

It isn't cheap. It probably would take more time than we have, which is why we end up with the type of people representing us, the kinds of laws they pass, and why we find our rights more and more infringed upon. We tend not to take care of even the simplest of matters, but leave them to some other authority to sort out. We can't have our a cake and eat it, too. We can't say we're for freedom while we're taking someone else's away. We can't say they should ban this or ban that without expecting that someday, something we cherish will go the same way.

Liberty is a double-edged sword. It cuts both ways. Are we ready for true liberty? I'm afraid most of us are not.

For the most part, people who say they want freedom or liberty to do as they will don't want all of the additional responsibility and accountability that comes with it, especially the younger one is.</p>\n<p>DEFINING LIBERTY</p>\n<p>The way I look at it is: unless what I'm doing is demonstrably keeping someone else from living the way they like, I should be free to do as I please. As long as I'm not infringing on someone else's rights or ability to enjoy them, I'm good.</p>\n<p>To me, that means things like I can't go around killing people, stealing their stuff, or otherwise doing injury or harm to their person, their loved ones or their belongings. I find that to be rather self-explanatory, and well within reason, though there's bound to be some who disagree.</p>\n<p>What it doesn't mean to me is, if I want to build on a piece of property, or live a certain lifestyle, or listen to a certain type of music or believe a certain way, just because it contradicts with someone else's ideas or ideals, I should be stopped or kept from doing them. People might not like it, they may even think it's wrong, but unless it's provably dangerous or limits others abilities to do as they please, it's fair game.</p>\n<p>CONSEQUENCES</p>\n<p>It also means to me that whatever decisions you make, you live with. If you can get others to help you out, great, but no one should be coerced into helping you, or compelled. Nor shamed into helping either, even if it might be the right thing to do, or the popular sentiment at the time. &nbsp; Each one of us should be an agent unto ourselves, free to act and think for ourselves without infringing on others rights to do the same.</p>\n<p>Which means, we need to take responsibility for what we do. We need to take the consequences, good, bad or indifferent. It means paying the price for them, if needs be. It means there won't be someone automatically stepping in to take on the burden of cost, or judgment, or restitution.</p>\n<p>PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY</p>\n<p>Without all the regulations and the manpower to enforce them, we become responsible for everything. We need to know what we should eat, what we should avoid, when it's dangerous to go out, when it's not, what products are safe to use, which ones last, what risks there are to certain activities, how and when to invest, etcetera, etcetera.</p>\n<p>When we somehow mess that up, it also means there's no one else to blame, or to run to for reparation or help. We're on our own. We're truly at the mercy or goodwill of others, and in a society where such is firmly established, sympathy might not be the easiest thing to come by, if what can happen on STEEM is any indication, even when it's likely warranted.</p>\n<p>THE PRICE OF FREEDOM</p>\n<p>It isn't cheap. We can't say they should ban this or ban that without expecting that someday, something we cherish will go the same way.</p>\n<p>Liberty is a double-edged sword. It cuts both ways. Are we ready for true liberty? I'm afraid most of us are not.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f3d2v4kdq","appParentAuthor":"mealhound","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer","tags":["musing-threads"]}"

When you think about the future, many things are uncertain, can change, and depend on uncertain conditions. However, there are also things that will never change, and one of them is the fact that large companies will always depend on their customers to stay in business. Bat is also one of the cryptocurrency that can have a big potential for the future, because this coin is predicted to continue to rise as the price of coin king is bitcoin.</p><p>This is why each of them has to spend so much of their resources on marketing this coin cryptocurrency. In this digital era, most of the marketing of several new coin cryptocurrency launched was by giving customers free bounty or airdrop at the start of the coin launch to introduce the coin to their new customers. However, these advertisements mostly annoy consumers, and therefore they use ad blocks and similar tools to get rid of them. This is bad for the company, because their voices are silenced. However, intermediaries, such as popular websites, social networks, and the like, are still paid for displaying these advertisements.</p><p>This system has a lot of potential, and is likely to be large in one or two years when this idea matures. When that happens, BAT will likely be quite large. Coinbase recognized BAT's potential a few months ago, and they have added it to their exchange, which is further evidence that the project might have a bright future ahead of it. The Bitcoin wallet only tells you how much transaction costs will occur. The developer of Bitcoin Wallet claims that the Android application is the oldest available, and this is one of the easiest ways to start trading using Bitcoin.</p><p>Unlike other wallets that require you to put up a PIN or write a seed, in this bitcoin wallet you can directly make your transaction after registering on your smartphone. The interface can't be clearer - just click 'Send' or 'Accept' to manage your BTC. There is even an address book useful for tracking your favorite payment destinations. Your current balance is displayed at mBtc (millibitcoin) by default, and your local fiat currency, but you can change it in application settings.</p><p>This extra simplicity comes with security, but anyone who has access to your device can open the application and steal your Bitcoin. Question answered on Musing.io
That's a very good question, and it's pretty universal. We all hit that STEEM wall at some point, and maybe more than once. The problem is, there's quite a few things combining against us when it comes to getting eyes on posts, and most of them are out of our control. Knowing all that might help, or it might have the opposite effect and make things worse. For me, knowing what I can control and what I can't is most of the battle, so I'll walk through some of the issues first on the way to potential solutions.

VISIBILITY

This is probably the main issue. Getting seen. Some on STEEM will insist that they're flat out being ignored. I don't believe it's so intentional as that, but the result is more or less the same. Fewer eyes translates to fewer comments and fewer upvotes.

To get around this, some people self-upvote, buy votes from bidbots, lease or otherwise get delegation so they can at least increase their curation rewards, and some just plain give up, go looking for greener pastures, etc.

INCENTIVES

Curation is based on upvotes. Currently curators are supposed to get 25% back from whatever amounts they allocate to a post, but that's not always the case. Sometimes it's more, and I believe it can be less, depending on how many people curate the same content, how much they upvote, what voting weight they put to it, and when they upvoted. That's a lot to keep track of.

People seem to think they should all upvote the most popular posts, based on the $ amount under the post, when really, that might not be the best. Not all curators are going to win that game.

So, for some people, it's more about the ROI (return on investment) than it is about the content. Autovoting, curation trails, etc., all take eyes, and thus interaction, off of posts.

WHAT TO DO

Well, the first thing to remember is, for most of us, an audience doesn't come built in. All those now famous bloggers and YouTubers? It took a minimum of two years, for the most part, to get them there, and in some cases, up to five years. That means a couple of things were necessary in the interim:

PATIENCE

Which is the last thing we want to have, or the last thing we feel we can have. Time isn't often a luxury we can afford. But really, unless you're a celebrity with a ready bunch of followers that you can take with you wherever you go, it's going to take time be seen. Period.

CONSISTENCY

That means posting, even when you're not feeling motivated to do so. Which also means fighting through it on some days. It can also mean avoiding over posting, until your audience is building up. Otherwise, posts are just going out to the void.

KNOWING WHAT PEOPLE READ

There's nothing like doing a little bit of market research, if it matters that much, to see what people like to read. It may not be what you like to write, but mixing in something like that on a fairly regular basis probably won't hurt. Most people want to talk about one or two things tops to build brand, and that's fine. But to do that, again, is going to take awhile. If you're getting eyes on some posts but not on others, it might be best to work on some more of the relatively succesful posts, or at least alter the ratio a bit.

BETTER NOW THAN LATER

Most of us are here to post to some degree. That means our posts are competing with everyone else's. And that's during a period of low activity, compared to where it was at the beginning of last year. It only gets worse when STEEM value goes up and more people get interested in earning rewards. That means now is the best time. Having a sense of that urgency can help motivation.

BALANCE

Usually demotivation occurs when one's expectations are higher than one's reality. The two need to come closer to alignment, at least enough to provide encouragement. If after six months, say, the expectation is to be far wider known than what's happening, that probably means that the goal is too big, the effort is too low, or some combination of the two. Knowing how that's breaking down will help.

It takes time and a lot of effort, more than we might have, or think we need. It just does.

COMMENTING AND CURATING

The best way I know to organically get readers, other than consistently posting to some degree content people want, is to go to them. That means visiting their own blogs, curating their posts and leaving comments. Their comment section can act as your calling card. If people see you taking time to curate them, there's bound to be some who will reciprocate. Especially if you share interests.

TIME SPENT CREATING POSTS

There's definitely a time spent versus rewards ratio that needs to be maintained. If you're spending too little time, people will probably not do much with your posts. If you're spending too much time, most people won't see the effort or time involved, just the end result. So, spending a lot of time on something that people may not see, let alone care about, is not a good way to stay motivated.

Spending enough time to churn something out someone will read is good enough. They shouldn't be junk posts, but they don't need to be masterpieces.

FIND YOUR WHY/RATIO

Knowing why you're here and what you hope to accomplish can help with motivation. If you're getting hung up on one aspect or another of STEEM, it might be time to take a step back and take a deep breath. Spend a little time a way.

Then, when you're back, look at that ratio of effort to reward, and find the place you feel most comfortable with. Over time, it can be adjusted to suit, but it needs to find equilibrium first, or expectations and reality will always be out of whack, which means motivation will suffer because of it.

You need to sign in using steemconnect and it will show you a dash board. You can look for trails or set your votes on individual users. The dashboard will have various settings and click on the blue circle which is the settings of that vote which you can then remove or reduce your vote strength. It is very simple and easy to follow.</p>\n<p>I don't use a trail as I believe the curation rewards are just not worth it. I would much rather support an individual user and who knows if you choose decent enough authors the trails may arrive and vote anyway.</p>\n<p>The only advantage of following a &nbsp;trail is you are meant to be supporting decent content and the curation rewards are not a priority. You can select the trail of your choice and the weight of vote as well. Just be careful as they vote frequently and may use up all your voting power.</p>\n<p>I would suggest setting a limit of how far you want your Voting Power to go down and recommend 80 percent as the lowest you should go. Voting power takes 24 hours to recover 20 percent so you should be fine sticking a cut off at 80 percent.</p>\n<p>Personally I don't recommend a trail and believe in supporting the authors I enjoy reading.&nbsp;</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f39bkuk8w","appParentAuthor":"sudipta1990","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"

It's basically the same accent that blokes like Benedict Cumberbatch and Henry Cavill have and it's pretty easy to imitate.</p><p>Accents like that of typical Londoners or Scottish and Irish people are extremely difficult to imitate if you haven't spent alot of time around them. One thing I can assure you is that if you can just tweak your accent a bit then you'll sound just like every other Englishman.</p><p>I hope this helps.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p3f3ju3dq","appParentAuthor":"sudipta1990","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"

Besides being used to communicate when you are abroad, usually English is also very necessary when you enter the workforce because almost all companies today use English when they do interviews for prospective employees. However, we also often find people who have studied English for many years but he is not confident when speaking or practicing speaking directly with other people using English. These are tricks and tips so that you are fluent in English:</p><p>The first is, you don't need to learn too much grammar will make you less excited. You are busy thinking about grammar rules for making sentences, so that you cannot speak naturally fluently. Listeners may not be patient enough to wait for you to say all sentences in English. Remember, only a few native speakers know more than 20% of the rules of grammar. The point is you don't need to be difficult to think about grammar but all you have to do is always practice what vocabulary you have memorized.</p><p>People who learn English usually learn by memory, lots of every word per day and try to make sentences from those words according to Indonesian thinking patterns. They do not realize that these words cannot be formed into a sentence that has meaning. Usually, students do not focus on wording. Even when you know more than 100 words, you cannot produce the correct sentence. However, if you know the correct wording, you can speak more than 100 sentences.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p3f3ju3dq","appParentAuthor":"sudipta1990","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"
