SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) ဟာ crypto industry ထဲက အလွဲသုံးစားမှုတွေနဲ့ ဥပဒေချိုးဖောက်မှုတွေကို ခြေရာခံနိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ အမြစ်ဖြတ်နိုင်ဖို့အတွက် $2.4 billion budget လိုအပ်ကြောင်း ပြောလာပါတယ်။ SEC ရဲ့ လက်ရှိ crypto company တွေကို ဖြန့်ကျက်ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်မှုအခြေအနေဟာ နည်းပါးနေသေးပြီးတော့ crypto industry အတွင်းက တဖြည်းဖြည်းတိုးပွားလာနေတဲ့ ရှုပ်ထွေးမှုတွေကို အမှီလိုက်နိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ဖို့ [မရောင်ရာဆီလူးနိုင်ဖို့] အတွက် budget တွေ ထပ်လိုကြောင်း ပြောလာခဲ့တာပါ။ 

တကယ်တော့ Gensler ဟာ SEC အတွက် $2.4 billion ထုတ်ပေးမယ့် သမ္မတ Biden ရဲ့ အဆိုပြုချက်ကို ထောက်ခံတဲ့အနေနဲ့ ဒီလိုပြောလာတာဖြစ်ပြီး လက်ရှိမှာလည်း သူတို့အနေနဲ့ crypto company တွေကို လိုက်ပြီး စည်းကမ်းကြပ်မတ်[မရောင်ရာဆီလူး]နေကြောင်း အလုပ်လုပ်ပြနေတာဖြစ်ပါတယ််။ 

နောက်များမှာလည်း ဒီလိုမျိုး နေရာစုံမှာ စည်းကမ်းကြပ်မတ်ပြ၊ အလုပ်လုပ်ပြ [မရောင်ရာဆီလူးပြ] နိုင်ဖို့အတွက် tool တွေ၊ ပညာရှင်တွေနဲ့ နည်းပညာရင်းမြစ်တွေ လိုအပ်နေပြီး တကယ်လို့ ဒီ $2.4 billion budget ရခဲ့ရင်တော့ SEC ဟာ နောက်ထပ် ဝန်ထမ်း 170 လောက် ခေါ်ယူသွားဖို့ ရှိနေပါတယ်။ 

Gensler ရဲ့ ပြောဆိုချက်အရ SEC ဟာ 2022 ခုနှစ်အတွင်းမှာ အရေးယူမှုပေါင်း 750 ကျော် လုပ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ဒဏ်ငွေတွေကနေတဆင့် အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုအတွက် $6.4 billion အထိ ဝင်ငွေရှာပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
