<h2>Mycro ICO to happen in Q4 2018 — Development started</h2>


Anyone who follows our social media or is signed up to our newsletter (hopefully both!), knows that we here at Mycro do our best to keep you well informed about the goings-on in the company. We understand that sometimes it can be aggravating when we can only give you a small part of the bigger picture, such as information regarding the bank and marketing firm that we are building a relationship with. 
 
With that, Mycro would like to take this opportunity to shed some more light on the background work here at Mycro and give you a better view of the evolving vision that we are working on. 
 
As you will know from our roadmap, while we do have a soft launch for a platform planned, one thing you may have noticed that is missing is an alpha or beta stage of our platform. We’ve been very lucky of late in making connections with experts in various fields that will be beneficial for the Mycro platform. We’ve learned from the experience and wisdom that they have to offer. 
 
As such, we are in the middle of the process to design a working prototype of our platform before we do our soft release and indeed, global launch. 
 
This is an important decision we took to have a more efficient and user-focused development process, allowing us to gain feedback in early-stages of the development. However, it requires a short postponement of the ICO, to make changes to our roadmap and customize our whitepaper to align with the changes that are being made. We will also be altering our soft and hard cap in the ICO. 
 
We appreciate that the postponement, no doubt, is unwelcome news for many of you. We’ve spent a long time liaising with outside experts and grappling with this decision, mainly due to the promises that we have already made the Mycro community. 
 
We thank you for your continued support now and going forward. We know we are making the right decision and everyone in the Mycro community will benefit from the production of this prototype platform. The simple fact is, the Mycro prototype is strengthening our hand, our platform and your ability to make better use of the app as well as work closely with us. 
 
By producing a prototype of the platform before we go live, we will be able to implement and test the smart contracts that we will be using. This will allow us to ensure that the smart contracts are working seamlessly and enact any necessary changes required before it is in use by our community. 
 
Thank you one more time for supporting Mycro. We value you, we simply wouldn’t exist without you and as such, we knew that we had to give you this information as soon as possible. Your trust and faith in us are worth as much time as we can give you and we are prepared to give you all of the time that we can.
