And if you are a San Diego Resident with a simple social media history showing a connection to San Diego you  will get 1 free SAND token! And its still early so you can still gain access to some delegation. Eventually some EOS and telos sand will be places in an account and then, keys to the telos san diego coin account or eos account made immutable, one dya, when the product is complete and the token is made just for san diego residents and a system is in place which has already distributed tokens maybe via @tipitbot to san diegans over email or SMS or twitter or facebook, but one way or another i believe we could keep funds in an eosdac or telsodac style system and have the telos sandiegocoin account sign its owner keys over  to the equivalent of eosio token like eos SOV did, it is a risky business so its just one possibility but we will maybe make a companion token to become immutable, or use @onethousandcoin or @eoscalifornia bear token as the STATE wide immutable token that  be made immutable with a distribution system good enough to know only California residents can access the tokens. I feel we can have hackathons for this one day as we are basically either trying to stop identity tehft OR trying to simply create a database of people with california social media accounts, and anyone who lied, well, they just get luckly :) Facebook from from @tipit could be ideal. phone based area code tippig to californai area codes only is another col option., I know ATtis talking with EOSIo developers i bet Telos could develop some great systems for databasing phone numbers assigning telos wallets, we just need  300 million wallets, maybe with liquidapps lol, or maybe,  telos can give us the lite wallets, or we can one day have such fast telos main net processes that we can produce 7 billion accounts, and a p2p verification system.  

Anyway voice could do a lot for us, we may be able to use it to do human airdrops.  until then ill be fast away looking for all the solutions to airdrop tokens to san diegans , until i end up getting a good 5 to 10% of all san diego residents. Direct mail is also an option with printing out letters and envelopes to physical address, each with 1 sand token credit they can put into tipit bot on telegram and get 1 sand.  ANYWAY I have much to do!
