Building Your 1ETH Per Month Crypto Portfolio

It's all good talking the talk, but today we are looking at taking action.

In previous articles, we've looked at returns and have set ourselves some targets. Luckily with crypto the bar is much lower than with traditional investments.

The goal is to build a $180k portfolio, which will throw off passive income of 1ETH (~$3000) per month.

How do we get there and how long will it take?

As Warren Buffet is known for famously saying, you've got to get $100k together. You have really got to do whatever it takes to get that $100k together and as quick as possible.

The reason being, once you get that first $100k, the magic of compounding returns start to become really noticeable. Once you have the snowball this big, it can start rolling by itself. For us crypto investors, it is running alone at just $180k.

Admittedly, $100k when Warren Buffet said this was worth a lot more than today, but it's still a good goal.

Setting 3 goals and possible scenarios:

$1000 Normal
$2000 Challenging
$3000 Advanced

If you can invest more than this, then you are already ahead of the game.

Using our baseline stablecoin return of 20%, the time to get to $180k is 84 months (7 years). Of the $180k, you would only have supplied $84k of capital yourself! That is just 46,6%!

With our more challenging goal of saving $2000 per month, the time to get to $180k is 56 months (4,66 years). This is a whole 28 months earlier than saving $1000 per month. However your contribution increased from $84k to $112k. An extra $28k.

With our advanced strategy, the time to get to $180k is 42 months or 3,5 years. This is a full 40 months earlier than with our normal strategy. Your contribution would be $126k. An extra $42k. This equates to 70% of the saved capital.

There we have 3 strategies that can get you to crypto financial independence in between 3,5 and 7 years. Which strategy do you follow?

I have ignored tax to make the comparison easier.

It is my personal preferences really, but I do not really like to deal with the ETH, but I usually end up doing exactly that and then I have a small freak attack.

im just looking at a long term plan over many years so when im 50 im not worrying about my sons futures,
