Hola querida comunidad de Movies & TV, hoy les traigo una Reseña de una película con muchas reflexiones sobre la vida y las circunstancias que vivió el protagonista. Hablaremos de Forrest Gump, película de género drama y romance del año 1994.

Forrest Gump interpretado por el actor Tom Hanks refleja la historia más conmovedora y especial que he visto en toda mi vida. Forrest desde niño es diagnosticado con coeficiente intelectual bajo por lo que no según los médicos no tendría un futuro alentador.
La mamá de Forrest siempre confío desde el amor de madre que su hijo lograría grandes cosas y que a pesar de los obstáculos que tuviera en su camino el saldría adelante. Ella fue la primera persona en creer en las capacidades de su hijo sin importar lo que pensaran las demás personas.
En su infancia sufrió bullying, el no entendía muy bien la situación pero si comprendía cuando le llamaban "tonto". A pesar de tener la mente más inocente a la de un ser humano común el logro grandes cosas.

Su primera amiga fue Jenny, la niña que se atrevió a hablarle a pesar de ver qué tal vez había algo diferente en el. A partir de allí su amistad fue creciendo, viviendo muchos momentos juntos, como el crecimiento de ser un niño hasta la madurez de la edad adulta.

Forrest era muy inocente pero también eso y su curiosidad por la vida hizo que lograra estudiar, consiguiendo entrar hasta en la universidad. Dónde se destacaba en los juegos de fútbol americano, ya que tenía una gran capacidad para correr muy rápido. Ese fue uno de sus primeros logros.

Se graduó de la universidad y su madre orgullosa lo observó recibir su título con lágrimas en los ojos. Que el haya logrado culminar sus estudios a pesar de que en su momento el director de la escuela afirmó que debía estar en un colegio especial porque según el no era lo suficientemente inteligente para estar en una escuela "normal" solo demuestra que a veces subestimamos las capacidades que puede tener una persona. No todos tenemos la misma inteligencia, pero si poseemos habilidades para otras cosas en las que podemos destacar como Forrest.
Forrest siempre estaba en búsqueda de su destino y repetía una frase que me resuena mucho: "La vida es como una caja de bombones, no sabes que te va a tocar".

Logro tantas cosas increíbles como ser parte del ejército en la guerra de Vietnam, dónde conoció a otro de sus mejores amigos. Compartían charlas sobre sus vidas y Forrest le hizo una promesa, y si Forrest prometía algo siempre lo cumplía. Tenía una alta sensibilidad y empatía hacia las demás personas cosa que lo hacía un ser humano para mí muy inteligente y especial.

Sirvió de motivación para muchas personas que lo conocieron desde niño, por su capacidad de creer a pesar de no saber si las cosas resultarían bien al final. Es increíble lo mucho que apreciaba las cosas y la vida, para el eran muy importantes sus amigos, su familia y Jenny.

Jenny era el gran amor de su vida, el trataba siempre de ayudarla y de estar ahí cuando ella lo necesitara. Lamentablemente Jenny tenía un pasado muy oscuro y su vida fue desastrosa en cuanto a sus relaciones, sus sueños se vieron truncados por las mismas malas decisiones que ella tomaba. Ella también sentía mucho aprecio por Forrest, porque él siempre estuvo en los momentos más oscuros de su vida y se daba cuenta de que el a pesar de no ser como los demás eso exactamente era lo que lo hacía un gran ser humano.
La película fue galardonada con los premios Óscar a mejor película, mejor director (Robert Zemeckis), mejor actor (Tom Hanks), mejor guion adaptado, mejores efectos especiales y mejor montaje. Recibió otras muchas nominaciones y premios, entre ellos los Globos de Oro, los premios People's Choice y los Young Artist.

Me sentí muy conmovida con esta película, la manera en la que el va recordando su pasado y narra desde el presente sentado en una banca de un parque a personas desconocidas y el soundtrack hizo que se me movieran las fibras. Cuántos Forrest Gump no hemos conocido, que andan por ahí siendo personas muy especiales y que te enseñan tantas cosas sobre la vida, que a veces pienso que todos deberíamos ver más allá y rodearnos de personas como el, porque en este mundo en el que estamos viviendo dónde lo que parece diferente nos resulta incómodo y lo ignoramos, tener a personas así en tu vida te hace ver lo que es realmente importante y que las limitaciones a veces nos las ponen o nosotros mismos nos creemos no suficientemente buenos o merecedores. Pero siempre hay algo que podemos ofrecer y dar nuestro grano de arena para hacer un cambio empezando desde nuestro interior hasta lo que reflejamos al mundo.

Forrest Gump played by actor Tom Hanks reflects the most touching and special story I have ever seen in my entire life. Forrest as a child is diagnosed with low IQ so not according to doctors would not have an encouraging future.
Forrest's mother always trusted from the love of a mother that her son would achieve great things and that despite the obstacles in his path he would succeed. She was the first person to believe in her son's abilities regardless of what other people thought.
In his childhood he suffered bullying, he did not understand the situation very well but he did understand when he was called "dumb". Despite having a mind more innocent than that of a common human being, he achieved great things.

Forrest was very innocent but also that and his curiosity for life made him manage to study, managing to enter even the university. Where he excelled in soccer games, as he had a great ability to run very fast. That was one of his first achievements.

He graduated from college and his mother proudly watched him receive his degree with tears in her eyes. Not all of us have the same intelligence, but we do possess abilities for other things in which we can excel like Forrest.

He accomplished so many incredible things like being part of the Army in the Vietnam War, where he met another one of his best friends. They shared talks about their lives and Forrest made him a promise, and if Forrest promised something he always kept it. He had a high sensitivity and empathy towards other people which made him a very intelligent and special human being for me.

He served as motivation for many people who knew him as a child, because of his ability to believe despite not knowing if things would turn out well in the end. It is amazing how much he appreciated things and life, his friends, family and Jenny were very important to him.

Jenny was the great love of his life, he was always trying to help her and be there when she needed him. Unfortunately Jenny had a very dark past and her life was disastrous in terms of her relationships, her dreams were cut short by the same bad decisions she made. She also felt a lot of appreciation for Forrest, because he was always there in the darkest moments of her life and she realized that even though he was not like everyone else that was exactly what made him a great human being.
The film won Oscars for Best Picture, Best Director (Robert Zemeckis), Best Actor (Tom Hanks), Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Special Effects and Best Editing. It received numerous other nominations and awards, including Golden Globes, People's Choice Awards and Young Artist Awards.

I was very moved by this movie, the way he reminisces about his past and narrates from the present sitting on a park bench to strangers and the soundtrack tugged at my heartstrings. How many Forrest Gump's have we not met, who are out there being very special people and who teach you so many things about life, that sometimes I think we should all look beyond and surround ourselves with people like him, because in this world we are living in where what seems different is uncomfortable and we ignore it, having people like that in your life makes you see what is really important and that sometimes limitations are put on us or we ourselves believe we are not good enough or deserving. But there is always something we can offer and give our grain of sand to make a change starting from our inner self to what we reflect to the world.
