***Do we keep contact with other women regularly, checking in if they require any assistance, sharing burdens between each other, and how?***

There are many things in a Woman's life which is difficult for her to share with a man, and she would feel comfortable talking to a woman only, about it. Sometimes the man will not even be able to understand her problems, no matter how close they are.

Let me give you an example. In the last one year going through my menopause, there has been challenging times, a little bit of mood swings, hot flashes, certain food cravings and things like that. Me and my hubby share everything with each other as such, we are bonded very well in our relationship. But when these things are happening to me, he feels I am behaving odd and he really cannot relate with my physical body changes. It is difficult for me to sometime put across my point to him and then I just leave it, but I wish that I can share it with someone and I know only a woman in my life will be able to understand and not my hubby or my son, even though I am extremely attached with them.

Yes, it is important for us woman to be with each other and share our burdens whether they are emotional, mental or physical. Sharing with another woman will surely make us feel better. I like to keep checking on my female friends from time to time. There are times when I notice some different behaviors then I immediately realize that there is some problem going around with them which they need to talk it out to someone, and if I can possibly help in any way.

There are sometime physical burdens also for a woman, like a new mother whose baby is in months and she needs to manage her home, job as well as the baby. In such a time, their mothers and sisters do step in for them to help, else it would be so difficult and exhausting for them to manage it all by themself. A man will also help the wife in these responsibilities but I have always seen that they lack patience and they are not able to do it for a longer time. There will be very few exceptions to this.

A friend of mine recently delivered a baby. Her baby is 4 months old, whenever we go out together, I take the baby from her and take care of the little one, to give her some rest. Feeding the baby, holding her for long time is all physical stress and whatever little rest she would get will be good for her body and mind too.

There are many areas of life where a woman will only be able to help another woman the best. I am not saying that a man cannot, but the woman will be better at it. It is important that we woman always stand with each other and for each other.
