You said absolutely right, we sometimes follow same actions in life like an pattern of superstition and all the time we face same problems and that is because if you will not improve your actions then your actions will in turn will not produce any development and progress. And in my opinion this stagnant phase comes due to ego and this ego can stop your expansion thinking and try to hold you where you are and we always tend to do those same actions. You shared some important points to improve the vision towards life and one is most important and that is, we should go easy towards our life and have to analyse all the situations before any important actions and decisions, that will in turn help us to stay away from the issues of wrong decisions in life. We have the same experience again and again, then ask ourselves what went wrong. We do the same mistakes in every relationship and see ourselves as the real victims. We need to figure out what went wrong and try to fix it. Avoid doing the same mistakes again and again and change our luck.

Excellent post! I love these topics and especially the ones that refer to patterns of behavior. Since I dedicate myself to working with people and there is a certain empathy for the internal work we do, I learn that it is very common to lose sight of reality, being stuck in past memories without noticing it, far from the present, connected to the past or the future.

You are so right. Always difficult to leave the baggage of the past behind which of course does affect new beginnings

It is so important to allow things to flow in our lives, to deal with things when they arise, to allow our emotions to be released, when we hold on to things it is so hard to let them go and it adds to our fear. Some are so scared of change, but everything changes and we should embrace that in our lives. Acceptance and letting go are so helpful. Thanks for sharing your wisdom.
