Hello everyone, today was the day to make another wonderful recipe. Don't be surprised how the photos of our bread have a different quality than the ones I took of my mini chef Eduardo. The first two photos were taken with my canon and the beautiful ones I took of Eduard were taken with my replacement cell phone that my iphone went to fix!!! My cousin Eduardo and I had fun in the immense ones he loves and I love to photograph. So he makes some nice dishes and then I take pictures and come write a little for you. I love writing to you.

Today we have the foccacia recipe. do you know what it is? is bread at its highest level of existence.

Everyone likes bread right?

Foccacia is a crispy, soft bread with aromatic herbs. this recipe wins over anyone and on top of that made with a lot of love by a child of only 8 years old.

Ingredients: 
- 400 ml of warm water 
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder 
- 500 grams of bread 
 - 1 tablespoon salt 
- Olive oil (add as much as you like) 
- Salt to put on top 
- Rosemary to taste

Procedure: 
- In a bowl put the water, sugar and yeast. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes. 
- In another bowl put the flour and salt. Involves. 
- Add the water and yeast mixture to the flour and mix well until you get an elastic and sticky dough. 
- Put a drizzle of olive oil on top. Cover and reserve between 5 to 8 hours. 
- After this time the dough should be triple the initial size. 
- In an oven dish put oil and arrange the dough. 
- Put more oil on top. 
- Let the dough rest for a couple of hours in the oven. 
- With your fingers make small holes in the dough. 
- Add rosemary or other aromatic herb of choice and salt. 
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (depends on the oven)
