Hello everyone, I am currently working with my cousin Eduardo (for those who see my posts, you know he is the mini chef) active with my cousin André, 6 years old, summarizing today two mini chefs in my kitchen. In one of the photos I'm going to see my cousin André super happy with what's left of our chocolate cake. hmmm delicious 😋 I'll leave the recipe.

Chocolate cake with chickpeas

Ingredients: 
- 2 eggs 
- 2 cups of wheat flour 
- 1 cup of nescau 
- 1 cup of oil 
- 1 cup of sugar 
- 1 cup of hot water 
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast

Procedure: 
- Mix the eggs well, sugar and nescau. 
- Add the oil and flour and mix again. 
- Finally add the hot water little by little and mix quickly so the dough doesn't fall apart, and the yeast to finish.

For the syrup asks: 
- 1 cup of sugar 
- 1 cup of nescau 
- 1 spoon of butter 
- 1 box of sour cream 

Procedure: 
I only use half a cup because I think it's too sugary and too messy, it stays in a creamy and shiny syrup, it's great for days when we don't have condensed milk at home. 
- Just mix everything until it starts to bubble and to thicken slightly.
