Taro is a tropical tuber plant that is widely known in Indonesia including our region of Aceh. This plant has wide leaves shaped like hearts and edible tubers. Taro is often used as a food ingredient, either boiled, fried, or made into flour, all hive friends.

In our area, this plant is said to be taro and our language is (bak lubu) and this plant can be cooked to be eaten with rice. I really like eating this plant and I can cook it myself, friends. If I want to eat lubu soup, I pick it on the edge of the forests in our area, Hive friends.
