Este día quería almorzar algo que definitivamente activa mi paladar y  olfato de inmediato. Que tuviera un toque calidez que tanto  encanta. Una comida caliente que me recuerda a mis abuelas, pero preparándola en un tiempo más considerablemente reducido. Porque el hambre es una cuestión seria, que no espera ¡jajaja! 😜***

***Tomando en cuenta que este tipo de preparaciones (como las Sopas) están presentes en cada rincón de nuestros pueblos latinoamericanos, pero son hechas con piezas proteicas que por lo general son de cocción por periodos de tiempo largos (Hablo de horas). Y para quien quiere resolver en menos tiempo, no parece ser una buena opción.🙄***

***Como cuando se captura un momento importante. También se captura un momento desenlace con estos ingredientes.***



***LOS INGREDIENTES QUE NECESITAS PARA ESTA PREPARACIÓN:***

***- 800 grs de Solomo de Cuerito (cortes mariposa).***
***- 1 kg de Maíz.***
***- 1 kg de auyama.***
***- 1 Puñado de Orégano fresco.***
***- 1 cucharada de sal (al hervir el agua donde se cocinaran los ingredientes.***
***- 4 cucharadas de aceite vegetal.***
***- 1 cabeza de ajo grande.***
***- 2 litros de agua.***

***THE INGREDIENTS YOU NEED FOR THIS PREPARATION:***

***- 800 grs of Solomo de Cuerito (butterfly cuts).***
***- 1 kg of Corn.***

***- 1 tablespoon of salt (when boiling the water where the ingredients will be cooked.***
***- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.***
***- 1 large head of garlic.***
***- 2 liters of water.***

***Ya teniendo el ajo triturado vamos ubicando nuestra cantidad de orégano fresco.***

***Unimos a estos dos ingredientes aromáticos y agregamos un aproximado a 4 cucharadas de aceite vegetal en nuestra olla sopera.***

***Colocamos las finas rebanadas de Solomo de Cuerito en la olla sopera y añadimos 1 cucharada de sal.***

***A medida de que se sofríe a fuego medio las finas rebanadas de Solomo de Cuerito con el resto de sazonadores y aliños por un aproximado de 10 minutos... Vamos agregando los trozos de maíz y constantemente ir moviendo los ingredientes para evitar que se quemen o queden pegados en la olla sopera.***

***As the thin slices of Solomo de Cuerito are fried over medium heat with the rest of the seasonings and dressings for approximately 10 minutes... We are adding the pieces of corn and constantly moving the ingredients to prevent them from burn or stick to the stockpot.***

***Seguidamente proporcione al sofrito, 2 litros de agua.***

***Dejamos que el agua hierva y que las respectivas rebanadas de Solomo y las piezas de maíz se vayan hidratando. El tiempo aproximado de este proceso de cocción puede ser de 10 minutos.***

***Then provide the sofrito with 2 liters of water.***

***Let the water boil and let the respective slices of Solomo and the pieces of corn hydrate. The approximate time for this cooking process can be 10 minutes.***

***Puedes agregar los pedazos de auyama en este caldo hirviendo. En mi caso utilice  1  Kg exactamente de esta verdura.***



***El promedio de cocción o sancochado de la auyama es de unos 10 a 15 minutos más. Todo Dependerá de que tan fresca y blanda sea la verdura.***

***Necesitas verdura de calidad para una sopa de calidad ¡No vivas en un sueño!***

***You can add the pieces of auyama in this boiling broth. In my case, I used exactly 1 Kg of this vegetable.***

***The average cooking or parboiling of the auyama is about 10 to 15 minutes more. Everything will depend on how fresh and soft the vegetable is.***
