Soy una sobreviviente del ***Covid-19***, algunos de  mi familia pasamos por esta experiencia bastante amarga  que gracias a Dios y a su creación divina la naturaleza  pudimos superar, dejando algunas enseñanzas y bien como lo dice el título de esta iniciativa 
***Lecciones de vida*** a del amigo 
@emiliorios, Dejando algunas secuelas que con el tiempo se han venido superando poco a poco.

***¿Qué aprendí como como ser humano?***

Les voy a compartir mis experiencia y hechos positivos que ocurrió en casa la cual me dejó un buen mensaje, ejemplos  y algunas ***lecciones de vida***.
Les cuento a continuación: No subestimemos a la naturaleza ella jugo un papel muy importante durante esta pandemia llevándonos a creer y confirmar una vez más,  que ella es una fuente de beneficios y salud. 

***Mi mamá una mujer de unos 83 años para ese entonces tenía la costumbre todos los días  salir al jardín y comer directamente del árbol de Moringa sus flores y hojas, como habíamos escuchado que comer mucho está planta y tomarlo tiende a causar algunos efectos secundarios que pudieran  llevarla  adelgazar y a causar otros síntomas,  su costumbre y hábito  de tomar té  hasta el día de  hoy, muchas veces le llamábamos la atención por  temor a que le vaya afectar más adelante, de repente se disparó la pandemia afectando a parte de la familia, para nuestra  sorpresa a mi madre  fue la única que no le dió ni coquito gozando de buena salud dentro de lo que cabe, todo gracias a estás bebidas milagrosas producto de las plantas de mi jardín que era lo único que ella consumía a diario,  Más bien ella fué nuestra enfermera quien nos atendió y nos preparaba esos ricos té calientes.***

***Qué aprendiste tú? ¿Qué aprendió tu familia?***

***El arte de la unidad familiar***, fué muy importante en esos momentos, como les dije al principio soy sobreviviente de esta pandemia, fué algo que llegó a mi vida sorprendiendo me,   y de paso sin dinero, ni empleo no tenía recursos para comprar algunas medicinas, que a parte eran súper costosas, estaba viviendo momentos de escasea, un día me dió de repente  una crisis de falta de oxígeno, no podía respirar  la cual al principio me desespere al faltarme el aire, en ese momento tome calma, gracias a Dios  me pude controlar, aonado a esto los otros síntomas ocasionado por el mismo.  Mi hermana @nill2021 al verme en estás condiciones y lo afectada que estaba  inmediatamente tomó la decisión de acudir a la familia, enviando  mensaje de texto por wuassat al  grupo familiar,  para ver quién podía colaborar para comprar dichas medicinas, inmediatamente recibimos respuesta y un aporte de ellos, quien gustosamente me apoyaron, agradecida estoy por esta hermosa familia de la cual tengo el privilegio de tener y formar parte pude comprarlas, éste es  un vínculo muy importante la cual tenemos que conservar, ya que ellos estarán con nosotros hasta el final de la vida.

My sister @nill2021 seeing me in these conditions and how affected I was immediately made the decision to go to the family, sending text message by wuassat to the family group, to see who could help to buy these medicines, we immediately received a response and a contribution from them, who gladly supported me, I am grateful for this beautiful family of which I have the privilege of having and being part I could buy them, this is a very important link which we have to keep, as they will be with us until the end of life.

Y por supuesto el ***aseo  personal***, el lavado de las manos, los tapa boca, la utilización de los gel antibacterial, estás fueron las costumbres que quedó como hábito, menos el tapa boca 🙈, sin embargo siempre lo conservo en mi bolso y no falta, para utilizarlo cuando sea necesario y lo amerite. 

***Despues de la tormenta viene la calma***

Gracias a todo esto me dejó una gran enseñanza y lecciones de vida para Reflexiónar y que recordaré por siempre, estar prevenido, atento, cuidar nuestra salud es importante, 
Todo en la vida tiene un propósito, nos deja enseñanzas y un aprendizaje, ***aprendamos a valorar, apreciar y cuidar nuestra salud valga la redundancia, es una sola y tenemos que amarnos nosotros mismos, buena alimentación, ejercicio, los tecitos 😁, estos no deben faltar etc.***
