Greetings to all users who make life in this community @beenyrepreneur, it is an honor to share with you what motivated me to start my own business.
 We are living difficult times in my country, the financial and economic situation, the high cost of living and the inflation that is sweeping us, so much so that the little that we can earn in a secular job is not enough to cover for example the basic food basket.

 Estamos viviendo tiempos difíciles en mi país, la situación financiera, económica, el alto costo de la vida y la inflación que nos está arropando, tanto que lo poco que que nos podemos ganar en un trabajo secular no nos alcanza para cubrir  por ejemplo la cesta básica alimenticia.

I have to find a way out, another input that can help me cope with the current situation, I have just started about twenty (20) days, and one of the things I love and I like is cooking, so I focused on preparing desserts and sweets starting with quesillos, then this week I added flan, sweet milky and colored jelly, testing the market to see what is what comes out the most at the time of offering it.

>Tengo  que buscar una salida, otra entrada que me pueda ayudar a sobrellevar la situación actual, apenas recién comienzo  llevo unos veinte (20) días, y  una de las cosas que me encanta y me gusta es  cocinar, así que me enfoqué en preparar postres y dulces iniciando  con quesillos, luego esta semana agregué flan, dulce de lechosa y gelatina de colores, probando el mercado a ver qué es lo que más sale al momento de ofrecerlo.

Preparation of one of my sweet desserts of lechoza.

Ingredients:

- 3 kilos of green lechoza
- 2 paperones
- 1 kilo of sugar
- cinnamon
- sweet cloves.

Preparación de uno de mis postres dulce de lechoza.

Ingredientes:

- 3 kilos de lechoza verde
- 2 papelones
- 1 kilo de azúcar
- canela 
- clavitos dulces.

***Step 1***

Peel the lechoza, and chop it in thick strips, in a saucepan put it on the fire for 15 minutes, then strain it and put it under cold water, leave it in a tray covered with a cloth until the next day.

>***Paso 1***

>Pelar la lechoza, y picar en tiras gruesa, en una cacerola  montar al fuego  por 15 minutos, luego colarlo y meterlo bajo agua fría, dejar en una bandeja tapados con un paño hasta el siguiente día.

***Step 2***

The next day place a saucepan, place the cinnamon, the sweet chavitos, the sugar and the papelón, once everything is dissolved, add the lechoza that the liquid covers them.

Let it cook and know it is ready when you introduce it with a wooden paddle and the syrup comes out as a trickle and ready, let it cool and serve.

>Al siguiente día colocar una cacerola, colocar la canela, los chavitos dulces, el azúcar y el papelón, una vez que se disuelva todo, se agrega la lechoza que el líquido los cubra.

>Dejar que cociné y como saber que está listo cuando con un paleta de madera la introduce y el almíbar sale como un hilito y listo, dejar que enfríe y servir.

And I tell you something, maybe you will not believe it; but I started with very little capital just 10$ American dollars which is equivalent in the current national currency in my country Venezuela to eighty bolivars (80,oo) is nothing is very little, but for something you have to start little by little, everything at the beginning I know it will not be easy, but I count first with the help of God and second with the desire and perseverance that everything will go well, I will try not to give room for discouragement and although at first it will be a little tedious, but I will achieve it.

I count with the help of my daughter who designed the flayer, she is also in charge of offering them, my sisters upload them to their wuasst statuses to promote them and also buy them 😀 to try them and I accept suggestions from them, as I am sure they will help me as we begin to improve the product 😀. And later on I will be adding other types of desserts and other things.

That's all I can tell you through this blog, and to urge and motivate others that if they have in project to carry out some entrepreneurship, then cheer up, there is nothing difficult that we can not achieve, may my experience serve to motivate them. >Y les digo algo, tal vez no lo van a creer; pero inicie con muy poco capital apenas 10$ americanos que equivale en moneda nacional actual en mi país Venezuela a ochenta bolívares (80,oo) no es nada es muy poco, pero por algo hay que comenzar poco a poco, todo al inicio  se que  no será  fácil, pero cuento primeramente con la ayuda de Dios y segundo con el deseo y perseverancia de que todo me irá bien, trataré de no darle cabida al desánimo y aunque al principio va hace un poco tedioso, pero lo voy a lograr.


>Cuento con la ayuda de mi  hija quien diseñó  el flayer, también se  encarga de ofrecerlos, mis hermanas lo suben a sus estados de su wuasst para promocionarlos y también me los compran 😀 para probarlos y acepto sugerencias de parte de ellas, ya que estoy segura que me ayudarán como comenzamos a mejorar el producto 😀. Y más adelante iré anexando otros tipos de postres y otras cosas más.
