How have you been? I was absent for a week, but well, I'm back from my brief disappearance. A few days ago, at my mom's house, there was an event made by a production company where they brought several famous people of internet from Venezuela, as a special guest was Ramses Meneses (Mcklopedia) my mom met him and signed an album she has of him. A few days later, it occurred to me to keep listening to his songs outside of the album that I like the most. I found several very nice ones that he released years ago, but one caught my attention and that was the song "Cerezo". I've been quite busy these days, so I didn't have time to finish learning this song well, so I spent several days rehearsing it and, I'll be honest, I ended up hating it a little bit from repeating it so much haha. The song has very beautiful lyrics, even a bit poetic at the beginning. It talks about how he feels lost in the midst of his path to freedom, and how in the midst of that confusion he looks for love and inspiration in her, or in that love that lifts him up. It also makes reference to death, well, that's a self-explanatory part. Taking refuge, in something or someone, I think is a human need. We all seek in some way something that gives us security and well-being. The people around us can give us some of what we are looking for, in whatever form, some situations too, but we will always find the best refuge within ourselves, in our being. If our being is in fullness, we will always be in fullness, if in our being there is happiness, we will always be happy, if in our being there is conscience, our acts will always be benevolent for us and others. A los días, se me ocurrió seguir escuchando canciones de el fuera del álbum que más me gusta. Encontré varias muy bonitas que saco hace años, pero una me llamó la atención y fue la canción "Cerezo". He estado bastante ocupado estos días, así que no me daba tiempo de terminar de aprender bien esta canción, por eso pasaron varios días ensayandola y, te soy sincero, la termine odiando un poco de tanto repetirla jaja. La canción tiene una letra muy bonita, incluso algo poética al principio. Habla sobre como el se siente perdido en medio de su camino de libertad, y como en medio de esa confusión el busca el amor y la inspiración en ella, o en aquel amor que lo levante. También hace referencia a la muerte, bueno, eso es una parte que se explica por si sola. Refugiarse, en algo o en alguien, creo que es una necesidad humana. Todos buscamos de alguna manera algo que nos dé seguridad y bienestar.
