 🍛🍛🍛 สวัสดีพี่ๆ เพื่อนๆ ที่น่ารักค่ะ วันนี้มาเตือนภัยในเรื่องของ โซเดียม ภัยในมาเงียบๆ ของอร่อนที่เราทานกันอยู่ เราเชื่อว่าหลายๆ คน เป็นคนชอบปรุงอาหาร จนติดเป็นนิสัย โดยเฉพาะก๋วยเตี๋ยว นี้ถ้าไม่ปรุงรสที่ตัวเองชื่นชอบแล้ว เป็นไปได้ยาก ยิ่งรสจัดยิ่งอร่อย 🍛 เราเป็นคนหนึ่งแระเวลาไปทานอาหารพวกนี้ มักจะปรุงพริกป่น พริกน้ำส้ม น้ำปลา น้ำตาล ใส่ลงไปก่อนจะชิม เพราะชอบรสจัดจ้าน 🍛 โดยที่เราไม่รู้ตัวว่าคือภัยเงียบ มาหาเราบางคนอาจไม่ทันตั้งตัวได้ ซึ่งเราไม่รู้ว่าเราทาน โซเดียม มากกว่าความจำเป็น อาจส่งผลเสียทำให้ไตวายได้  🍛 โดยปกติร่างกายคนเรา จะต้องการ โซเดียม น้อยกว่า 2,400 มิลลิกรัม หรือเท่ากับน้ำปลาประมาณ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะครึ่งค่ะ 🍛 ส่วนอาหารที่เสี่ยงต่อ โซเดียมสูง เช่น ซอสมะเขือเทศ ซอสที่มีรสเค็ม เต้าเจี้ยว ขนมขบเคี้ยว บะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูป และอื่นๆ อีกมากมายค่ะ 🍛 แต่หลายคนคงจะเหมือนเราเนอะ คือรู้ทั้งรู้บางอย่างทานมากไม่ได้ หรือบางอย่างไม่มีประโยชน์ แต่เป็นโรคตามใจปาก ฮ่าาาา คือ ทานไปก่อนเถอะ มันอร่อยนี่น่า เราอายุยังน้อยคงไม่เป็นไรมั้ง ประมาณแระ โรคตามใจปากนี้รักษายากจริงไหมค่ะ ❤️ขอบคุณค่ะ❤️
