Yes sir.Sorry for breaking your rules not to comment.Dtube needs lot more contribution and positive support and commitment from us.Many peoples 1st start uploading contents on dtube and suddenly disappeared seeing lack of engagements on their posts.Thats a problem.We must have some patience.

I completely agree with what you are saying brother.

That's why I'm trying day by day to become more active & engaged with the community

In order to get there, I've installed various mobile apps so I can comment from there while I am on the go (mostly of my days I am out)

So yeah, I'll do my best to upgrade it to a whole new level, I know the Youniverse will return :)

And by the way, the fact that people are not using *resteem* after HF20 is worrying, something to do with EGO?

I don't post videos, but I also don't click on posts that have videos to display unless they have a YouTube link. I have never been able to watch a dtube video. And when I've asked about it most all of my friends have said they can't watch them either. There are enough other things here to view and vote on that I haven't wasted any more time with it. If it was easy, I might take a look.

Another cause could be that @DTube videos do not load immediately. Unless, one really knows the @DTube creator, one will skip a slowly loading video.

While I agree with your intent, I disagree that the issue is the content creators. We sometimes work 2 days to make a video and half the comments we do get are about the video not playing or dead silence. Without a view counter I don't even know if people didn't like the video or if they couldn't watch it. So please tell me; what would motivate me to travel to a place, set up before everyone gets there, tear down 6 hours later, spend 5 hours reviewing video footage and sound recordings, editing 2 camera footage and 2 sound tracks and get no views? DTube is half the problem when they give some low effort video of a girl in her underwear packing a suitcase with no sound, no intro or outhrow a $210 up vote in a single vote. To me it's obvious they prefer garbage video and quite frankly, I'm not here to compete with DTube's up votes, I want my work to be seen and rise on it's own merit and this isn't happening. If we want great content on DTube, we have to support it, but I can't support what I can't watch/find and I'm sick of all the cheerleaders telling me how great DTube is. Please keep in mind that I only waste my time criticizing the things I like, I don't bother with the things I don't like. Greetings!

I am going to comment here. Yes, there needs to be more interaction within the community. Sometimes people are either busy or shy, but personally I will always comment if I like a video.

I upvote and reply to every comment on my post, sometimes it takes me a day to reply but I feel everyone should at least reply to their comments. Interaction is important and one of the reasons I love Smoke. I feel it’s the overall mindset here that’s hurting steemit but I hope it changes over time. I feel diversity in content support is just as important as engaging for the future of Steemit. Awesome video !
