Ahhhh OK, in the UK, we see 'struck off' after a medical mis-practise case but in this case, they most certainly cannot practise medicine in the UK. There seems to be a lot of bureaucracy which I guess is necessary to a degree but making changes seems to be a very slow and laborious process. Thank you for the insight and have a great weekend :-)
