<P><div class="text-justify">This day was one of those that my daughter Dariana doesn't want to come, hehehe, and I think most of the children do too, because I took her to the clinic to have her blood taken. That's fatal for her; it's similar to when I take her to the dentist.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">With her recent pediatric checkup, some lab tests were pending, which can't wait any longer. And since she doesn't have classes at school, there was no excuse to get out of these blood samples, even if it's mental torture for her.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Of course, we left early to get out of it early and so Dariana wouldn't have to go so long without eating because she had to go fasting. She always gets nervous, but in the end, everything ends up being normal, although she's older now to be with those shows, hehehe, but the reaction is somewhat unpredictable because I've seen adults crying when they are being injected.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">These types of exams are always necessary, recommended, and indispensable at least once a year. The idea is to check the children's health, if their values are okay, if everything is going according to their growth. In my daughter's case, it is important because of the changes that have become evident with her entering puberty.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">These exams are used to diagnose any illness, infection, or routine checkup. The point is to not stop doing them, because an early diagnosis of any condition can be addressed in time.<div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">During her physical examination at her last visit, my daughter told the doctor that she felt some lumps behind one of her ears on her head. This should also be evaluated to check for traces of an infection. For now, according to the doctor, it is nothing to worry about; they are just Lymph nodes that look normal, however, it's important to rule them out, and for that, lab tests are performed.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">During this checkup, they'll check your cholesterol, triglyceride, blood glucose, and hemoglobin levels. These were a few blood chemistry values, as well as your urine and stool levels.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Next week, we'll return to the clinic to get the lab results. The pediatrician can review them that same day during the consultation and prescribe some vitamin treatment, just to make sure everything is normal, God willing. We also need to take advantage of the day to have her checked by the ophthalmologist because her eyes are red quite often. And it's not even worth mentioning her phone because she barely uses it for two hours a day. They still need to check on her. </div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">My daughter is nervous when she goes for these checkups. This time she's almost crying. I always try to calm her down and distract her by talking. However, she needs to calm down because, although no one likes needles, they're necessary for different diagnoses. Of course, even at this stage of her life, I still get nervous when I see her getting an injection, but I have to maintain my posture so that she maintains the confidence that everything will pass. In the end we went to the center and I bought her some stickers so she would be calmer.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Éste día fue uno de esos que mi hija Dariana no quiere que llegue, Jejeje, y creo que la mayoría de los niños tambien porque la he llevado a la clínica para que le tomen muestras de sangre, eso para ella es fatal, es parecido a cuando la llevo al odontólogo.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Con su reciente control pediátrico quedaron pendientes algunos exámenes de laboratorio, que no pueden seguir esperando, y aprovechando que no tiene clases en el colegio, no había excusa para salir de estas muestras de sangre, aunque sea una tortura mental para ella.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Por supuesto que nos fuimos a primera hora para lograr salir de eso temprano y que Dariana no tuviese que pasar tanto tiempo sin comer porque debía ir en ayunas, ella siempre se pone nerviosa pero al final todo termina dentro de lo normal, aunque ya está mas grande para estar con esos shows, Jejeje, pero la reacción es algo impredecible porque he visto adultos llorando cuando están en proceso de inyección.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Éste tipo de exámenes siempre son necesarios, recomendados e indispensables por lo menos una vez al año, la idea es revisar la salud de los niños, si están bien en sus valores, si todo va de acuerdo a su crecimiento, en el caso de mi hija es importante por los cambios que se han puesto de manifiesto en su entrada a la pubertad.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Estos exámenes sirven para diagnosticar cualquier enfermedad, infecciones, chequeo de rutina, la cuestión es no dejar de hacerlos, porque un diagnóstico temprano de cualquier afección puede ser atendida a tiempo.<div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Mi hija en su reconocimiento físico en la ultima consulta, manifestó a la doctora que sentía unas pelotas detrás de una de sus orejas en la cabeza, eso también debe ser evaluado, verificar si hay rastros de alguna infección, por ahora según la doctora no es nada de que preocuparse, son unos ganglios que tienen aspecto normal, sin embargo el descarte es importante y para eso, los exámenes de laboratorio.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">En éste control revisaran sus niveles de colesterol, trigliceridos, glicemia, hemoglobina, fueron unos cuantos valores en química en sangre, también en orina y heces.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">La próxima semana regresaremos a la clínica a buscar los resultados del laboratorio, para que ese mismo día la pediatra en consulta, los revise y coloque algún tratamiento de vitaminas, cuestión de que todo esté normal con el favor de Dios. También debemos aprovechar el día para que la revise el oftalmólogo porque está presentando enrojecimiento en sus ojos bastante seguido, y ni decir que es el teléfono porque apenas lo utiliza dos horas al día, aún así deben revisar que pasa.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Mi hija es su nerviosismo cuando va a estos controles, ésta vez casi llora, siempre trato de calmarla, distraerla hablando, sin embargo debe calmarse porque aunque a nadie le gustan las agujas, son necesarias para hacer diferentes diagnósticos. Por supuesto que todavía a ésta altura de su vida también me pongo nerviosa cuando veo que la van a inyectar, pero debo mantener la postura para que ella mantenga la confianza, de que todo pasará. Al final fuimos al centro y le compré unas pegatinas para que estuviese más tranquila.</div></P>
