# **<P><center><SUB>🇺🇸 English🇺🇸</SUB></center></P>**

<P><div class="text-justify">This week there was little student attendance at the university because the semester is practically over. However, there are always those students who have attended classes but still need points to pass the subject.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">At the university, as teachers, we often have to create ways, apply strategies, and methods so that students understand the content in some way. Not all students are visual, others don't know how to write; in short, this has to do with competencies.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">To close out one of the pending subjects, a final call was made for students who attended regularly but are still experiencing difficulties. While these students were arriving, I set up an activity based on the content discussed in class throughout the semester. </div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">The activity consisted of creating mind maps related to the content on the board. In this more practical way, they were able to relate the information to keywords. </div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">All students have their own skills. We just need to offer opportunities for them to meaningfully demonstrate what they've learned. In this sense, a good teacher has to be resourceful. </div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">It's not about failing students. Those who don't really show results shouldn't pass. However, there are those who are quiet, and other techniques are applied to evaluate them. </div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">This time, two of them were able to advance. They demonstrated that learning took place in the classes, and that commitment and vocation must prevail more than rushing off for vacation. If this hadn't been the case, those students would have failed, having learned a significant amount of the subject. I'm happy to help, as long as there's interest.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Ésta semana hubo poca asistencia de estudiantes a la universidad porque el semestre prácticamente ha terminado, sin embargo siempre existen esos alumnos que han asistido a las clases pero siguen faltando puntos para pasar la materia.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">En la universidad como docentes nos toca muchas veces crear formas, aplicar estrategias y métodos para que los estudiantes entiendan el contenido de alguna manera, no todos son visuales, otros no manejan la escritura, en fin, esto tiene que ver con las competencias.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Para cerrar con una de las materias pendientes, se hizo una última convocatoria para los estudiantes que asistieron de manera regular pero aún presentan dificultades. Mientras estos estudiantes llegaban, coloque una actividad en base a los contenidos que se han debatido en el aula durante el semestre.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">La actividad consistía en elaborar en el pizarrón mapas mentales relacionados con los contenidos, de está manera más práctica ellos pudieron relacionar la información con palabras claves.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Todos los estudiantes tienen sus habilidades solo debemos ofrecer oportunidades para que puedan mostrar de manera significativa lo aprendido, en éste sentido un buen docente se las tienen que ingeniar.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">No se trata de no raspar a los estudiantes, el que realmente no muestra resultados, no debe aprobar, sin embargo están esos callados, que son otras las técnicas que se aplican para poder evaluar.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Ésta vez dos de ellos pudieron avanzar, demostraron que si hubo aprendizaje en las clases, y que el compromiso y la vocación deben prevalecer más, que salir corriendo de descanso por vacaciones, si esto no hubiese sido de ésta forma esos estudiantes hubiesen quedado reprobados, teniendo un aprendizaje significativo de la materia.
