*<P><div class="text-justify">Desde hace unas semanas estuve llevando a mi hija Dariana al pediatra por diferentes situaciones médicas que ameritaban revisión. Por lo general acudíamos al médico por algún malestar de la niña y al control que se le realiza cada año, considerando que es también una niña muy sana, sin embargo en estos días asistimos más al pediatra que en los últimos 5 años, Jejeje, ahora me puedo reír, antes de esto mis horas estaban repletas de incertidumbre.</div></P>*

<P><div class="text-justify">La consulta con la pediatra era a la una de la tarde y llegamos a buena hora a la clínica aunque para mi hija era demasiado tiempo sin hacer nada, sin embargo pensando en su aburrimiento acordamos que llevara material para hacer pulseras y así paso el tiempo, Jejeje, menos mal que pensamos en eso.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Mientras estuvimos en la sala de espera y Dariana hacia sus pulseras me entretuve conversando con otras mamás que  iban con sus niños a la pediatra, eso fue muy oportuno para no darme cuenta del tiempo que faltaba, afortunadamente éramos las primeras de la lista para entrar a consulta. En esa espera aproveche la oportunidad para anotar a mi niña a la consulta con el Oftalmólogo, el uso inadecuado de los aparatos que le encantan a nuestros hijos puede traer consecuencias y he visto que cuando la niña usa la Tablet se le ponen sus ojitos un poco rojos, así que mejor es descartar cualquier cosa.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Para salir con niños de cualquier edad siempre es recomendable llevarse un bolso con algunas cosas que nos sacaran de apuros, entre ellas meriendas, agua, juegos, colores, papel, en fin todo de acuerdo a su  etapa de crecimiento, y en este sentido tenía en el bolsito de Dari galletas, jugo, agua y papel, además del material para las pulseras, eso fue de gran ayuda para pasar el tiempo y para que la niña se entretuviera y comiera algo mientras pasaban las horas.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Entramos a la pediatra exactamente a la hora, la verdad es que la clínica tiene una excelente atención, gracias a Dios Dariana tiene ese seguro médico porque en este país las consultas particulares son carísimas  y si es en un centro de salud público para que les digo, Jejeje. Lo cierto es que la pediatra comienza su revisión y me gusta mucho esa parte porque la revisa completamente. Mi hija no es muy alta, pero está en el límite de lo normal en estatura para su edad, lo cual no está buenísimo pero tampoco está mal, espero que se estire con el desarrollo, porque no tiene a quien salir bajita, Jejeje.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">La doctora ya conoce a la niña y busca la manera de sacar información mientras la está revisando lo cual es necesario para que pueda detectar algún malestar, sin embargo Dariana poco habló, no le gusta que le revisen la garganta o que le pongan el estetoscopio, aun así debía dejarse revisar.</div></P>

En este sentido escuchamos a la doctora y aunque los resultados no arrojaron infecciones, incluso no está enferma como tal, pero si debemos cuidar de su alimentación. Para evitar que el azúcar baje que es lo que le paso aquella vez, debe comer cereales o frutas cada cierto tiempo, eso evitara un posible malestar, incluso en la escuela y para eso debe llevar más meriendas saludables.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">El oftalmólogo al terminar su diagnóstico me dice que la niña esta excelente de la vista lo cual es una maravillosa noticia, considerando que son muchos los niños que desde temprana edad deben usar lentes  de manera permanente y no queria eso, aunque de ser necesario no podría hacer más nada que dejar que se los colocaran, sin embargo ella está bien y las recomendaciones del doctor es no utilizar la Tablet por tiempos prolongados y evitar así futuros daños que van más allá de lo genético o hereditario.</div></P>
