Hello everyone, I hope you are doing very well. I haven't posted in a few days because I was on vacation with my family in San Andres Islands, a group of islands located in the northeast of Colombia.
In 2021, Hurricane Iota passed through the island, causing 80% of its infrastructure to be damaged. Thanks to the resilience of the people who live there, today in 2023, there has been a great change and the island's functioning is almost at 100%. However, the prices of things have increased quite a bit, and the internet signal is still very irregular. That's why I wasn't able to post earlier. I'm now back in the city of Medellin and in this post, I'm going to share some photos I took on the island. My objective was to capture something different from what people usually take when they go to the beach.
What I tried to capture in the photos is the sky more than the sea, most people when they go on a trip to the beach, their focus turns only to the water, leaving aside all the fauna and flora around them, there are thousands of different birds that are not determined, thousands of plants different from palms that go unnoticed by most tourists.

>Hola a todos espero se encuentren muy pero muy bien, no publicaba hace uno días porque estuve de paseo con mi familia en San Andrés Islas, un grupo de islas ubicadas al noreste colombiano.
>En el año 2021 el huracán Hiota estuvo de paso por la isla causando un daño del 80% de la infraestructura de la misma, gracias a las ganas de salir delante de la gente que allí vive, hoy 2023 se puede ver un gran cambio, ya el funcionamiento de la isla está prácticamente al 100% lo único es que los precios de las cosas subieron bastante, y aun la señal de internet es demasiado regular, por esto es que no había podido publicar, ya estoy de nuevo en la ciudad de Medellín y, en esta publicación les voy a compartir unas fotografías tomadas en la isla y cuyo objetivo era tratar de hacer unas capturas algo diferentes a lo que la gente está acostumbrada a tomar cuando va al mar.
>Lo que trate de plasmar en las fotos es el cielo más que el mar, la mayoría de las personas cuando van de paseo al mar su centro de atracción se vuelve solo el agua, dejando de lado toda la fauna y flora que hay alrededor, hay miles de pájaros diferentes que no son determinados, miles de plantas diferentes a palmeras que pasan desapercibidas por la mayoría de turistas.
