<div class="text-justify">  The bad weather that we experienced the entire weekend was the main reason why we weren't able to have weekend travel. Instead of traveling to faraway places, we opted to take a walk in our humble barangay, Caduawan, Tabogon, Cebu, to enjoy the benefits that nature offers to us. --- **The Therapeutic View** Since we cannot go out or wander too far places, we opted to eat tempura at home. We cooked almost a kilo of it to suffice our cravings. When I used to eat with my children, I'm motivated to even eat more to the point that I didn't realize that I have eaten a lot. Eating too much is unhealthy, especially for my age. In the end, my uric acid had risen 4 hours after, causing my right foot to be painful to step or walk. I'm regretful of eating too much however, it was done already so I just made some simple solutions to ease the pain I felt.   As doctor's advice, a 15-minute walk is therapeutic for me. It was almost dusk when we started our trek and the perfect time to witness the enchanting and magical nature's view at its finest. Our simple walk in our humble barangay was something I can be proud of. The tranquility of our village made it enticing to the tourist and motivated to visit and as it offers goodness to one's health.  <div class="pull-left">  </div> <div class="pull-right">  </div> I have a good time contemplating myself by gazing at the tropical vegetation and the Filipino agricultural plantation. The green scene soothed my inner self and its unique beauty helped me forgot momentarily my aching foot. <div class="pull-right">  </div> <div class="pull-left">  </div> <div class="pull-right">  </div> <div class="pull-left">  </div> Little by little I had forgotten the pain while I immersed myself in nature's purity. The vague field lush with healthy, numerous, and thick cogon grass that blossomed together helped me in releasing stress and anxiety. The cold, fresh, and clean air breeze from the huge trees that cover the mountain is soothing and so relaxing. It seemed that an enchantress of nature suddenly appeared and sprinkled a magic spell to remove the pain that I have been feeling. No doubt why it is recommended to have a healthy walk with nature as it is therapeutic. --- **Memories of a child**  <div class="pull-left">  </div> <div class="pull-right">  </div>  <center><sub>Her smile is contagious and this enlightens my emotions. She loves nature the same as I do.</sub></center> In my childhood years, I wasn't able to experience exploring different splendid views with my parents. They were both busy in their work as teachers too. Now in every outdoor activity we have been through, my child will always enjoy her privilege to give her best pose during picture opportunities. This will serve as an amazing emblem where she can look back in the future. --- **The Splendid View**  <div class="pull-right">  </div> <div class="pull-left">  </div>  After surpassing these tricky and bumpy roads, the wondrous and secluded amazing view of nature is waiting at its best. As ***Seneca the Younger says, "It is a rough road that leads to the heights of greatness."*** The grandeur and iconic view of the mountains on the upper part is really awesome and helpful in detoxifying oneself.   What's with this place that brings amusement? Miles away from our spot, the back part of these dense cogon grasses is the alluring Little Batanes of our barangay. A year ago, the trail of motorcycles was held at our Little Batanes (small mountain). From our distance, we have seen the green vegetation turn brown, and worst others died. It takes years to bring back their lives. At the top of it, it is where the campers love to spend the night as they can gaze at the exceptional sunset. This magical vibe helped in replenishing the positive energies released during busy days. ---  A walk with nature is truly amazing and as I watched the wonderful sunset, this quote caught my mind: ***"Thereβs nothing like a beautiful sunset to end a healthy day."- Rachel Boston."*** It was such a great opportunity that I was able to embrace the purity of nature that has given to me. Nature is best and is therapeutic. </div>
