As per part 1 of this post, I decided to split this post into 2 parts due to the amount of images I took on this visit. It was a cracking location but as before a little disclaimer - We were very careful where we trod in all of the rooms, whether upper level or not, and even refused to go into some rooms if we thought the floor wouldn't hold our weight. By no means was this a safe location and we were very aware of our surroundings at all times. So in part 1 I finished after exiting a dark and slightly creepy room into the outside area between buildings   I added a shot of Chris in there too, the intrepid explorer to show a sense of scale. After this we were thinking about making a move when I found some stairs that went up into darkness! We followed these to the top where I ventured into a room at the top of the site. I could only describe this as an attic area where the roof was mostly intact. It did give some nice views over Sheffield however..        After coming downstairs again I'd lost Chris but when we met up again he pointed me to spot with a spiral staircase that led to another roof area,this one being more open plan    Off from here were more abandoned rooms. Surprisingly the floor seemed in pretty good shape but I wasn't about to test it too much    After this we decided to make our exit with the promise of a return visit. Heading back through the outer rooms we had come in from we made our way back to the hole in the wall   As a photographer I try to mix what I do in my shots, I've done still life, some macro work, lightpainting and I enjoy a good model shoot.
