***Ingredientes:***

-Menudencias de pollo
-2 ramas de cebollín
-3 ramas de cilantro
-4 papa
-2 huevos
-100 gramos de harina de trigo

-Chicken giblets
-2 sprigs of chives
-3 sprigs of cilantro
-4 potatoes
-2 eggs
-100 grams of wheat flour

-Primero ponemos una olla con 1 litro de agua a fuego alto hasta que hierva.

-Una vez que hierva se le pone sal al gusto, yo puse 1 cucharada, se agrega el pollo, el cilantro, el cebollín y pa papa cortada en cuadritos.

-En un recipiente aparte, batimos los huevos a punto de nieve.

-En un budare vamos haciendo las tortillitas que llamamos fritas.

-Cuando la sopa lleva 20 minutos hirviendo y esté bien reducida y las papas blandas, agregamos las fritas y servimos.
