First what you would want to do is find a friend who is interested in medicine, he/she has to have the zeal for it and I'd explain why later. This friend of yours is the key to getting a life time supply of medical services. You are going to help your friend get admitted into the university, cheat their way in if you have to. That's the first and most important step, if they don't get in, no medical service for you so do all you can to help them get in, bribe the school board if you have to. Once that is done, you're going to want to get books and clothes for them, spend on them because they're your investment. Make sure they go to all their classes and make sure they're well fed, a sound stomach is a sound mind. When exams come, help them cheat if the exam is too hard, bribe when necessary. You know how tough studying medicine can be so you'd want to hire a therapist for them when they feel like quitting, them having the zeal for it just makes the process a whole less stressful. Repeat all processes until they are finally done with school. We're almost done, what you want to do next is build them a hospital which means you have to buy all the building equipment and pay the labourers. Once the hospital is set, buy all the necessary equipment and hire the staff then set their name as owner in the deed. Then ask them to give you free medical services for life, it's that simple. Remember that you cheated and bribed their way through the university so they might render bad services because they have no clue what they're doing. Well I said "how to get free medical services", I didn't say "how to get good free medical services. In the likely event they refuse to give you for free, find another person and keep repeating the process until someone eventually get you free services, you might have to repeat the process up to seven times which means seven different hospitals but it will be worth it at the end.
