Mi nombre es Nesrely Rodríguez, soy Venezolana y tengo 32 años, Ingeniera Industrial, un saludo a toda la comunidad y a los lectores.
En esta oportunidad les vengo a hablar sobre mi gusto por hacer ejercicios.

 ¿ Por que es importante que nos ejercitemos? 
Porque esto nos ayudará a mantenernos saludables y mejorar nuestra calidad de vida. Cuida de ti, cuida tu corazón!
Todas las personas se benefician del ejercicio, independientemente de la edad, el sexo o la capacidad física.

**Cinco maneras en las que el ejercicio puede hacer que seas más saludable y feliz.**

1. Ayuda a controlar el peso
2. Combate las afecciones y las enfermedades
Estar activo hace que tu sangre fluya normalmente, lo cual reduce tu riesgo de sufrir enfermedades cardiovasculares.
Ayuda a prevenir o manejar problemas e inquietudes de salud, entre ellos:
•	Accidente cerebrovascular
•	Síndrome metabólico.
•	Presión arterial alta
•	Diabetes tipo 2
•	Depresión
•	ansiedad
•	Muchos tipos de cáncer
•	Artritis
•	Caídas

3. Mejora el estado de ánimo
La actividad física estimula varias sustancias químicas cerebrales que pueden hacer que te sientas más feliz, más relajado y menos ansioso.
También puedes sentirte mejor sobre tu aspecto, lo cual  mejora tu autoestima.
4. Aumenta la energía
Suministra oxígeno y nutrientes a los tejidos, ayuda a que el sistema cardiovascular funcione de manera más eficiente. Cuando tu salud cardíaca y pulmonar mejora, tienes más energía para hacer las tareas diarias.
5. El ejercicio puede ser divertido y una actividad social.
El ejercicio y la actividad física pueden ser agradables. Te dan la oportunidad de relajarte, disfrutar del aire libre o simplemente participar en actividades que te hacen feliz. Puede ayudarte a conectarte con tu familia o amigos en un ambiente social divertido.

Yo uso aplicaciones que tienen rutinas muy sencillas, no te tomarán más de 20min y las puedes hacer en tu casa o si prefieres al aire libre. En estas aplicaciones encontrarás una variedad de ejercicios y rutinas, podrás elegir si trabajar todo el cuerpo o centrarte en una sola parte (abdomen, piernas o glúteos) en sus niveles principiante, intermedio o avanzado. Además puedes elegir si es para quemar grasa o tonificar.

Hago mis rutinas con mi vecina, mi mamá y mi hija de 6 años, a mi niña le encanta, si es en casa colocamos música para hacerla más divertido y si es al aire libre vamos al parque a trotar. Ella lo disfruta mucho, trota conmigo un rato y luego juega en los columpios y toboganes. Siempre me han gustado los deporte, cuando estaba pequeña jugaba en un equipo de baloncesto.

 Me encanta andar en bicicleta, hacer ejercicios me relaja y ayuda a manejar el estrés.

Es importarte que los ejercicios sean progresivos, es decir no empezar en un nivel avanzado porque nos podemos lesionar, lo recomendable es que poco a poco se incremente el nivel.

***Recuerda los excesos no son buenos, come sano pero no dejes de comer… Constancia, esfuerzo y dedicación.***
