Apreciada comunidad,  espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, tenía ya algún tiempo sin compartir por acá, esto debido a que he estado fuera en zonas de poca cobertura de redes, hoy quiero compartir un post exquisito, se trata de este rico néctar  sabor a pera pero elaborado con panchita o maracuyá.

El procedimiento qué sugiero, debe seguirse tal cual, esto es para lograr quede excelente, primero se lavan bien las parchitas con agua filtrada, esto para retirar todos los elementos externos, como tierra, hojas etc.

Luego se colocan en un recipiente, y se lleva a  coccion a fuego rápido hasta que tomen un color pálido , se deja hervir aproximadamente por 20 minutos hasta que la corteza esté blandita

Se baja del fuego y se deja enfriar para luego sacar la pulpa con una cuchara tal como se muestra en la imagen.

Posteriormente se licua por partes para no forzar la licuadora, con la misma agua donde fueron hervidas.

Se pasan por un colador para quitar el resto de semillas que hallan quedado.

De esta manera queda  el néctar listo para tomar y compartir una tarde con amigos o familiares se sirve con hielo y se conserva en la nevera.

Then place them in a container and cook them over high heat until they become pale in colour, boil them for approximately 20 minutes until the rind is soft.

Remove from the heat and leave to cool, then remove the pulp with a spoon as shown in the picture.

Afterwards, they are blended in parts so as not to strain the blender, with the same water in which they were boiled.
Pass them through a sieve to remove any remaining seeds.

This way the nectar is ready to drink and share an evening with friends or family. It is served with ice and kept in the fridge.

Te cuento te mentiría si te digo el tiempo que dura en el refrigerador. Es tan rico 
que mis hijo cada vez que lo hago no salen de la nevera y se pueden consumir hasta dos o tres jarras grandes al día.
