Selects More Apps Than Selected On Screen Rotation

#### Expected behavior
The app should select the the only apps I selected on changing the screen rotation.

#### Actual behavior
The app selects more apps than I selected on screen rotation.

#### How to reproduce
1. Install the app.<br>
2. Launch the app and click on settings icon below The Tor-enabled apps section.<br>
3. Now select some apps(at least 5 apps).<br>
4. Change the orientation of the screen to landscape mode.<br>
More apps are selected than the apps selected in step 3.<br>
* App Version: Orbot-16.0.1-BETA-1<br>
* Device: Samsung Galaxy J5<br>
* Operating System: Android 6.0.1

@neupanedipen nice bug catch. I have also found minor UI bug on steemit but I don't how to submit here. Here it is: [STEEM UI Defect: Fixed height for iFrame](https://steemit.com/utopian-io/@techstack/steem-ui-defect-fixed-height-for-iframe) could you please let me know how submit on utopian because they said they don't accept minor UI bugs. But this bug impact on user experience.
