Early Bird - My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2021
The start to a busy week so I reset my alarm a bit earlier to get a workout done.  I was ahead of schedule after my 30 minute jog on the treadmill so stayed on for a while walking.  The day was as busy as expected so it was a good call.

The weather was great outside but I could only see it from the window but I hope I can enjoy before the heat returns.  Tomorrow will have to be a repeat if I want to continue the streak that I am on!
